We deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced with the washing machine during your stay. Unfortunately, the availability of appliances and their repairs or replacements is a persistent challenge in our island setting. The power outage was an effect of the rain storm we had over the weekend that made the news for a record 12 inches of rainfall in hours.
