**Renting During Winter Months

Please note that during the winter season, the driveway may become slippery due to snow and ice.

The driveway is sloped and is slippery with even a small amount of snow or ice.

For your safety, please wear appropriate footwear when walking outside, especially if conditions appear icy.

We will do our best to clear the driveway as early as possible if there is any snow overnight.

There is a snow blower, shovels, sand, and salt provided in the garage. You are welcome to use these if needed.
