Travelled with four adults for a guys weekend. Plenty of room to spread out and nice bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The games in the basement were a nice extra. Phil was super responsive and made sure all was good before and during our stay. Easy access to all Rochester has to offer.

Out host was wonderful in getting back to me with any questions and was so kind. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kids loved the basement game room. The deck and backyard were a gorgeous bonus area to relax in. Overall, a great time was had by all.

This was a great property. My family was in town for my mom’s funeral. The host Phil was very accommodating and was quick to respond to my questions. It has a nice big yard and a nice deck. The only suggestion that I would make to Phil is to have a sheet or book of what he expects when you check out ie towels garbage how to lock up etc. other than that minor detail I would highly recommend this place

This property fit our family extremely well for our stay in Rochester. The home was spacious and an excellent fit for our young family. The property was clean and well kept. All amenities were exactly what we would need. The master bedroom was large and cozy. We didn’t realize at the time of booking that there was a path right next to the house that led to a small children’s park - absolutely perfect for our little ones. The large back yard was also excellent for just getting some energy out. Close enough to town (for a Mayo visit) for a quick daily commute and for any other needs, but far enough away to escape the congestion of the city. Easy access to the major roads. Phil was an excellent host - responding promptly to our messages. I highly recommend this property!

This property and location could not have been more perfect for our stay. Its location close to Mayo Clinic and the airport was ideal. The house was large enough for our family of four to spread out and get rest between holiday activities and for me to work remotely when needed. There were lots of activities for our teenagers and a large yard for them to enjoy the snow. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Our family (2 adults and 2 young adults) agreed this VRBO is the cleanest and roomiest vacation home we have rented in Rochester. It is immaculate and well-stocked, with thoughtful touches throughout. This property became an oasis for our family during a whirlwind visit in celebration of Mother’s Day.The house sits on a cul de sac, which gives a sense of solitude. There is a two story deck, a walking path to a neighborhood park, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Several shopping centers are just a short drive away.Phil is kind, responsive, and very easy to work with. Our visit to his property was a fantastic experience all around, and we look forward to returning.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect for our family of 5. There was an issue with the AC, but the host responded immediately and had a repairman out to resolve the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location for heading down to Harmony to view some of the fall colors, and check out Niagara Cave. The kids absolutely loved the game room in the basement getting up early to play air hockey. Our group had an amazing time here, this home is very beautiful, clean, spacious and our location was perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better host, Phil made sure we had everything we needed and was always there when we called, we also had left a few items and our host was nice enough to overnight it back to us.
