Gorgeous Remodeled Home in SunBird Community 55+

(Please note the home is rented from January 15th thru April 15th 2024. Also, my calendar opens 1 year in advance.)

Full remodel completed in October 2021! This beautiful open floor plan, 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit is ready for your arrival. Fully stocked home with newly appointed furnishings. Relax in the south facing sunroom on the comfy patio furniture and sip your morning coffee. Enjoy the open floor plan living room with a large TV and electric La-Z-Boy recliner chair! There's a full size side by side washer and dryer, office space with a large desk available in the guest bedroom and an enclosed garage for 1 car. Other vehicle may park on the driveway.
Be as involved as you like in this active 55+ community. You'll see the community club house and golf course are beautifully maintained. And the location in upscale South Chandler has wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. It's truly a welcoming home and community.
This is strictly a non-smoking home. Not even on the back patio.
