Experience the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility in this charming loft town home. Minutes from downtown, yet nestled in a lush setting. Enjoy downtown then come back and relax on the patio or at the marina overlooking the water.
This condo is very private with a shared walkway to only two other units. The full kitchen is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want a private night at home. Have a drink on your patio or head over to the dock and enjoy the view. It's a 1 bedroom loft town house, with updated kitchen, on-site pools, hot tub, grills, marina. Smathers Beach is just up the street. Families welcome. Bike and Kayak rentals can be arranged.
***Cleaning Fee will be refunded if the town home is left tidy.***
