Pelican Suite is the ideal spot for your next getaway in Key West! This inviting suite is part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, providing easy access to shared hot tubs and a lovely outdoor patio perfect for soaking in the island ambiance. With a kitchenette, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi, you'll feel right at home.

The Space:
Pelican Suite features a bright layout perfect for couples or friends, with two comfortable Queen beds for a restful stay. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the lively attractions of historic Duval Street, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and nightlife. Convenient amenities like a café, convenience store, gift shop, and bike and scooter rentals are all located on the same block. Don't miss the iconic Southernmost Point, just one block away, and South Beach, only three blocks from your door. Pelican Suite is part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, a charming six-unit property that can be rented together for larger gatherings or family retreats.

Guest Perks:
Enjoy seamless, contactless check-in with our easy e-lock system. Pelican Suite is also pet-friendly, welcoming one small dog (30 lbs or less) during your stay. Please note that on-site parking is not available.

Getting Around:

We loved it! It was very clean, quiet and a great location. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was very prompt and professional with their responses. Very nice conveniences with free laundry on sight and free shuttle service as needed. We will definitely stay here again!

The Colocada Team was amazing and immediately responsive. They went above and beyond in their service. The unit was just as advertised, beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. This location is within walking distance to several fantastic restaurants, Higgs Beach, the Butterfly Conservatory and many other attractions. You cannot go wrong.

Super easy check-in process with secure lodging. Perfect walking distance to everything and in a quieter part of town, but still plenty to enjoy! We loved having a little liquor store/bar across the street where there was often live music playing.

What a great place to spend a long weekend! The rooms were very clean, and communication and entry/exit from the property were super easy. Will definitely recommend this location for a vacation stay.

My three college roommates and I just came back from a long weekend in Key West and we stayed at this property, which was absolutely perfect for us. I cannot say enough about how responsive the staff was in communicating with us. I had direct access to their text line and anything we needed like we requested more coffee, pods, and more clothes hangers, and they immediately brought them to us. It was very quiet which we appreciated perfect location. We were able to walk to most of the places that we went to the staff also went above and beyond in terms of parking — we all came in one car however, parking was not included in the particular suite that we rented however, the team allowed us to park in their office parking lot and they shuttled us between their offices and the lodging so we felt very comfortable that the car was safe during our stay, but we didn’t have to worry about it — we either walked or Uber to everywhere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

The entire experience from booking, scheduling airport pick ups, shuttle rides during our stay and constant communication with the property management has been a seamless amazing experience. They are kind and very thorough, Rick and Alex were on top of it all. The property is in a perfect location: next door to Cuban market where you can get delicious sandwiches and groceries, across the street from tipsy rooster bar with live music, and 2 min walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, cannot wait to go back. I would recommend this place for family of friends groups, we had a great experience staying here.

11/10 stay and service, Marie was so amazing and allowed for early check in and late check out for my birthday weekend. Location was so perfect and had golf cart rental next door. Will definitely be staying here next time I come to the keys!

Very clean and host was available and helpful.The beds were extremely comfortable. Only issue was the height of the beds. We are short people so climbing into bed was more difficult. We would book again!!!!

Cute and conveniently located

Love how hidden away these little bungalows are yet still close to all the things. Beds were so comfortable, kitchenette and full size fridge were a money saver, and we definitely used the hot tubs every night!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was nestled in a private courtyard. It was close to everything but you didn't have people walking past the place all the time. Fantastic Location

Great property and location. Close to convenience store - which makes excellent deli sandwiches and coffee. Across the street acoustic guitar and some evenings. A block or two from Duval - yet quiet. Will stay again !!!

This unit was exactly what we needed for Key West. It was at he upper end of Simonton Street which runs parallel to Duval. Duval Street was only one block over. We were close to the current location of the southernmost buoy. We walked everywhere except the day we went to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Bike rental was cheap and right around the corner. It was nice having access to laundry. Although one machine didn't work at the time of our stay. Colocada provided a free shuttle from the airport.
