A/C. Open floor plan living room with fireplace and kitchen/dining with a deck. Easy and spacious house to share with other families.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower stall and laundry. One bedroom has a living room area in it.
2nd floor: Kitchen/dining/living. Deck, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. .
3rd floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Fire pit in the huge, 2 acre yard with plenty of parking and fire wood. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to entertain. Regular coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are there.

EASY CHECK IN WITH A CODE.

All beds are QUEEN size except for 1st floor left bedroom which is a full size.
Sleep 14. Easy drive to many beaches. (Narragansett, Scarborough, Rodger Wheeler, East Matunuck, Galilee, Newport) You can purchase a parking pass to all state beaches online for $60. . Many restaurants and activities nearby.
Ten minutes to Jamestown, 20 minutes to Newport, 3 minutes to URI Super easy drive to Newport and Jamestown

The property was in a great location. It was close to a beach, as well as grocery stores. The setting was very peaceful and beautiful. Joanne was incredibly responsive. The house was picked up, but not very clean. Unfortunately, we had to do some cleaning ourselves when we arrived.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

Joanne’s property is amazing and exactly as pictured.The home was extremely clean & spacious and included all of the amenities we needed for a bachelorette weekend. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house had plenty of space for our group of 10, was spotless on arrival, and had a great yard for hanging out. The location made for a perfect Rhode Island getaway, and the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Perfect House for Family

We took the extended family to celebrate our son’s University of Rhode Island graduation and the house location is SO close to the campus and beach and shops and restaurants! The outdoor fire pit was a wonderful place to gather with family and friends too!

Relaxing getaway

The property was great for our large group. Very spacious with 7 bedrooms and an open floor plan common area. The backyard was wonderful and we had a nice time hanging out around the fire pit and playing in the large yard. Easy access to Narragansett beaches and restaurants.

Location was excellent, both for local amenities (Dollar General, Antonio's Pizza, The Muse American cuisine, Fayerweather Craft Guild, gas station) and access to Narragansett and Newport. Quiet, comfortable beds, clean. We were 10: 4 couples and 2 singles and had plenty of room. Easy access to house. Very satisfied.

The house was perfect for our family of 11 people.

The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. The back yard had room for the kids to run around and play with lots of privacy, Great fire pit which we enjoyed and roasted marshmallows. We will definitely come back again.
