Great location for our needs. We loved the cozy feel and wooded, rural neighborhood. We loved the hospitality! Muffins and farm-fresh eggs were a pleasant surprise. We've stayed in an awful lot of VRBO properties, and this one was everything it advertised. What a great stay!

Charming stay in Upper Black Eddy, PA

Visiting friends in the area and this was a perfect place for my husband and I. Quiet, clean and even came with muffins for breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area again.

Nice place to stay the host really knows hows to treat their guests.This place had premium bodywash shampoo conditioner necessities and stuff incase you forgot to pack like Q tips spray deodorant ect.. comfy atmosphere indoor and outdoors. Clean, Quiet, Cozy

The cottage was exactly as described and pictured, if not better. It was very comfortable and had pretty much anything you would need for your stay. The property is very quiet and private, and the owners are responsive and friendly.We will stay here again when in the area.

Quaint and lovely

What a lovely stay! The cottage is darling - it was warm and inviting, and adorably decorated. We had everything we needed, and the location was great for a weekend getaway.
