The Space:

Thoughtfully designed to create a rejuvenating basecamp for all types of desert adventurers. Unwind in the private sauna, invigorate your senses with a refreshing cold plunge, and maintain your fitness routine in our well-equipped gym. Situated in the center of Yucca Valley, the property combines modern amenities and convenient accessibility with the serene beauty of the desert landscape.

The living room has a cozy couch, smart TV with Netflix / Amazon Prime and bar nook for your cocktail needs with plenty of board games and comfy blankets.

The open concept kitchen has all the appointments to prepare great meals with a marble dining table that sits 4 comfortably. For the coffee aficionado, we have French press, Drip, and milk frother. We are happy to also provide an assortment of coffee / tea and all the items a aspiring chef requires.

The master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk in closet a comfy Queen size bed and black out curtains.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed with memory foam mattress and open closet / storage. Plenty of books and creative art materials for your kids or the child in you.

The outside space offers a covered patio with 4 person seating, a gas BBQ, Adirondack chairs, yoga space, hammock and a outdoor fire place with complimentary wood. The space perfect for star gazing in a private thoughtfully landscaped yard complete with a mature Joshua and Palo Verde Trees.

We take great pride in the property and clean it ourselves to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

House Rules:

☆ Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the guests reservation and removal from the property without a refund.

☆ No smoking inside inside the property. Evidence of smoking in the home will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell

☆ No illegal substances allowed on the premises inside or outside
☆ No pets (not even really cute ones)
☆ No unregistered guests allowed unless discussed prior to stay
☆ No mail or items to be delivered to the property address during the stay
☆ No RV or Trailer parking on the property
☆ No car parking inside the garage / GYM
☆ Interior & Exterior quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM
☆ Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
☆ Please don’t rearrange the furniture
☆ Please put the dishes in the dishwasher when you check out. Do NOT start the Dishwasher.
☆Excessive amounts of garbage or dirty dishes left in the property will result in an additional cleaning fee
☆ Please take care of the furnishings. You will pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

☆ We ask you be mindful of the A/C or Heater use. Please turn it off when your not at the property.

☆ Any unauthorized or undisclosed Guests in addition to the booking reservation are in violation of the house rules will be charged $100 per guest per night.

☆We love Pets but are unable to accommodate Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals due to a health and safety concerns.

☆ We will Not accept a booking made on behalf of another guest.

☆ HotTub/Cold plunge: Running Temperature of 100 degrees and 50 degrees for Cold plunge. Please set it both back original temperature after usage. Failure to do so after your departure will incur an additional fee. COVER MUST be placed back after each use. Failure to do so will incur an additional $200 fee since water will need to be drained from the dirt/dust getting in. Glass is not allowed in the hot tub (we provide large plastic cups). Any unknown substance(s) found in the water (spray tan, glitter, dirt) resulting in dumping/re-filling and/or any damages to the Hottub/Cold plunge is subjected to a $200 fee, plus repairs if any.

☆ Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Failure to check out by the designated check-out time will result in an additional late check-out fee, as this impacts our cleaners schedule and day, and their time is very valuable

☆ Additional fee's will be charged to the guest for the following: damage to premises or contents, missing or broken items, lost keys, required excessive cleaning, not complying fully with the departure checklist, smoke odors or damage, mailing charges for items left behind, unauthorized persons visiting or staying on the property, the presence of a dog without authorization, noise complaints after 10PM, including fines, trespassing on neighboring properties, violation of any county or town rules and unauthorized late check-out.

☆Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna and all policies above.
