Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location of this place is great for wine tasting and dining in chelan. The only downside is that the towels and sheets are sandpaper.

Bachelorette Weekend

I had my bachelorette party in Chelan, and the wedding party stayed here. This was a beautiful condo. Very clean! However, we wished this was more walking distance to downtown.

My only complaint is the floors were dirty. Walking around barefoot or in socks left feet black and gross. Suggest a good floor cleaning throughout. It also would have been helpful to have some kind of cleaner to wipe down counters with. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay.

Fine for the price and nice that it is dog friendly

The good: dog friendly, location, hot tub and price. The bad: kitchen knives and cookware, spotty wi-fi, no decor on the walls but all the nails are still there, garage sale bedroom furniture, old deck furniture. The ugly: Beds and bedding.

Nice unit, good location near town and lake

Everything was great except for 2 things…. 1. The master bed sheets had so many pills they felt like sandpaper.2. The water line to the fridge was off due to a broken supplier so no filtered water or ice.The unit was clean and in very good condition otherwise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very Cute & Clean

After a small panic attack trying to use the keypad ON the door, I noticed ANOTHER box on the LEFT side of door frame. WE'RE IN!!! Loved this place 3 I was disappointed to see a review from AUGUST 2023 regarding the toilet running and the issue STILL ISN'T FIXED. Toilet comes on every 20 minutes to refill. A 5 FLAPPER would probably solve this problem. I would stay here again in a heartbeat... I may shut the water off to the toilet during the night though. :)

Mixed bag

There were things I really liked about this place. Spacious living room/dining room/kitchen space. Proximity to downtown. Nice master bathroom. Comfortable living room furniture. But there were inexplicable (and easy to fix) issues. Shower in non master bathroom did not work (pull diverter was broken). Fridge ice maker did not work. Laundry dryer was difficult to close. End table lamp in living room did not work (had no electrical cord). With very minimal investment could be a really nice spot.

Mixed bag

Location was great. Living/dining room/kitchen layout was terrific. There were a few weird things. First, someone tried to take a shower in the second bathroom, pulled the shower diverter and it came clean off (obviously had not been working previously). The ice machine in the freezer is not working. The rotating spray arm in the dishwasher came off. Also, there's a lamp in the living room that has no cord and therefore doesn't function. Seems like this could be so much better with just VERY little TLC on appliances and fixtures. Strange.

Very roomy - great location! A bit to be desired when assistance is needed...

Great sized unit. Pictures were accurate. Check-in paperwork did not include full description of property access. No wifi address or password included. Phone staff through Vacasa was OK. Local management never reached out after five phone calls. Finally resolved after business hours with poor results.

Short visit

This property was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked very well on an extremely hot long weekend. We were not prepared for the highway noise. It precluded sitting/eating outside. The kitchen was not really set up for cooking. No spices besides salt and pepper, worn out collection of knives and cookware as well as mismatched wine glasses. There is a sign on the gas fp saying that it is not available for use ( although noted as an amenity in the description). The description also notes a tennis court but we did not see one nor was there any information about it. Finally, parking permits and the code for the swimming pool were stuck in our door late afternoon on our 2nd full day.

Our reservation was changed last minute, they switched us to a different unit. The other unit smelled like fresh paint but not in a good clean way, it was also like walking into an ice box and took forever to warm up. The property was clean for the most part but there was trash in the garbage cans upon our arrival, although it was only a tiny bit and appeared to be cleaning supplies it was strange. One toilet had the paper wrapping from toilet paper in the toilet. The dishes in the cabinets were all fairly dirty. No big deal, we washed them before we used them but still annoying. The blankets in the living smelled horrible like baby spit up and the towels shed on you like nothing I’ve experienced before. The property was good for the price you pay but bring your own towels, blankets and paper plates
