If you’re looking for a Good Thyme, we’ve got just the house for you! This brand new 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home exudes luxury in every sense of the word. Offering a private heated pool, beach cruisers, & a 6-seater golf cart! What more could you need!

Every inch of this home is outfitted with comfort & quality in mind…elegant furnishings, exquisite lighting, & unique beach chic home decor. Every detail was considered and no expense was spared! The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area perfect for spending time with family & friends. You will also find a king bedroom with en suite bath on the this floor, as well as an additional 1/2 bath. Ascend to the second level to discover the master suite, custom-built bunkroom, & two additional bedrooms, all of which offer en suite baths.

And out back, the fun really begins! Good Thyme offers a beautifully designed outdoor area with a heated pool, furnished sundeck, gas grill, & a covered outdoor dining set.

Nestled in the heart of Seagrove, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see…stunning views, amazing food, upscale boutiques, live music, movies under the stars & even a farmer’s market every Saturday.

Parties, events, pets, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. If found in violation, guests are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Everything about Good Thyme was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Such a great location off of 30A in the middle of all our favorite spots. Our host went above and beyond making sure we were happy before, during and after our stay. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Spacious and modern place to host a large family. Great location - walking distance to multiple beaches. Golf cart and bikes being included was a time and money saver. Private pool and quiet/private back yard was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.Would recommend.

This gorgeous house was just what we needed for the week!! The space was perfect for our family and friends. The rooms were so spacious and comfy. The bathrooms were big and bright. The kitchen and living room area had everything we needed and were prettily decorated. The pool area was so nice after a day at the beach. The golf cart and bikes made the trip to the beach effortless and the garage has toys, umbrellas and a few chairs. Lastly, SARAH is AMAZING!!! She informed us of everything we needed to know when we arrived and departed. I text her several times during the week and she always responded quickly. We had the best trip!!!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 10 adults and 3 children and the house was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and great accommodations. The golf cart made getting back and forth from the beach pretty easy. The property management co. did an excellent job with communication throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Short walk to the beach although the bikes and cart provided were essential for my mom to get around in. The pool was adequate size for our crew. Notes for people considering this area-the closest entrance to the beach includes walking through waist high water to get to the beach. This caught us off guard. There is another entrance you can use around the bend that may be easier for some. A cooler was not provided so be prepared for that. Sarah was our contact with the property and she did an amazing job checking on us and helping us navigate anything we asked of her. We would absolutely return again!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful annual family vacation at this beautiful home!! Everything was superb from the kitchen to the spacious bedrooms!!! Also added bonus the bikes, golf cart and private pool!! Shout out to Sarah she was always available if we needed anything!!! We will be going back!!!!!

Great Home!

We had a girl's trip weekend here and didn't want to leave!! The Host was extremely responsive and helped us with an early check-in since the house was available, and came over to turn on the pool heat the next day since we decided it would be nice! Amazing customer service!! The heat for the pool does get pretty toasty so confirm with them what temp you'd like it at. The golf cart was clutch!! We didn't get a chance to use the bikes but we saw them in the garage. Amazing area, and a short drive to Seaside so very worth it!!

Great House for Family Vacation!

Probably the most beautifully decorated house I've stayed in on 30a! The house was super clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy and early. The property management team was BEYOND responsive and helpful! Overall, a great stay!

Great house for family group

We really enjoyed location; I liked Eastern Lake, wish it was a little easier to get in beach without crossing Lake, one of my only complaints Bikes were great. Easy ride down to Seaside, one of kickstands broke and owners had it fixed within 1/2 day Cafe 30A and Old Florida Fish House both really close and great dining experiences Pool was perfect, loved the heat since we had a little cold snap during our week Bedrooms are extremely comfortable, Master is quite the adult retreat Kitchen needs a couple things, minor stuff that I will share with property managers Oh and golf cart was pretty sweet, Goes 25, easy to get to Watercolor to Publix Made the couple blocks to the beach super easy My family had a great week!

A great Thyme was had!

Thankyou for the hospitality when arriving! We loved the home it was beautiful! Close to a beach access that was unique & had the sound and ocean to choose from. Had a few questions during stay, and recieved prompt answers. The pool and golf cart were great additions!

Great location and amenities!

This property is really in a great location and offers many bonuses to guests! The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the rental. There is even a “beer fridge” in the garage which came in quite handy for our group. Last Thanksgiving we stayed in watercolor and this year we tried out this new location. It did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and easy access to get to seaside for fun!

Beautiful Home

This home was simply amazing. It was beautiful and had everything we needed and enough space to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, and location was great. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and proximity to the beach was a bike ride or golf cart ride away. The extra addition of the golf cart made the beach super easy to get to. We had a great trip.

Friends and Family Vacation

Great house for a big group- with kids too! Convenient to the beach. Backyard pool was great! Short drive to several dinner places but also well equipped for cooking. We had a wonderful time!

We loved the house and the location was amazing. This area is right next to the lake and the gulf. Having the golf cart was also a huge plus.

Perfect 30A getaway

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is simply gorgeous and well thought out when it comes to attention to detail. All of the comforts of home and then some. We didn't even mind the rainy days.

Greatest Beach Trip Ever!

The place is in a great location. Not too far from the beach and not in the middle of high track area! The house was exactly what we expected. Would definitely stay again!
