We are local family business comprised of Mother, Father and Son. (who has been blessed with a beautiful wife and 3 fun and active grandchildren and a new one soon to arrive) We've been involved in Real Estate investing since 2018, and have been actively involved with flipping and renovating distressed properties. This is our second Short term rental and we hope you enjoy what it has to offer. We also have a daughter and son in law that have blessed us with 3 more grandchildren. (now in their teens). We all love the outdoors and especially spending time together. Luckily we all like each other. Ha Ha

Boating, 4 wheeling, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, tubing. White water rafting. Most within an hr away. There is also ice caves and craters of the moon and don't forget Shoshone falls to view and many mineral hot springs to enjoy all within an hour or just a touch more. SunValley is about 2 hrs away and Boise is only about 35 min away if you need some shopping time. We love our location and if you get out and explore you will too.
