Even Better than Expected

The entire setup of the property and the unit is great. Close proximity to Ice Castles, Loon Mountain and more. Plenty of restaurant options, a grocery store, movie theater, etc. The unit is very spacious, even has two bathrooms, and everything you’d need in the kitchen. Gorgeous view of the mountains and lake!

Nice quiet stay

Easy everything. Place was dated but clean. Worked for what we needed. Everyone friendly at the main house. We didn’t have pool Passes at condo but they let us use pool. Quiet - we loved that.

Great location

Second time staying in This complex for access to loon mountain. Place was clean and neat but can use some updating. Kitchen light did not work and tv cable box was dead. Had to get some assistance to swap out the cable box from the bedroom so we only had 1 tv and it was quite small for the living room.

The rental company charges ridicilous invented fees such as online booking fee, and then charges a booking fee on a top of it, and then a fee for a damage waiver that does not cover any damage...

Not Relaxing

The unit was nice enough and located directly on the lake. The issues arose when we had to take cold showers before discovering a circuit breaker needed to be flipped. Then the neighbors dog (pets aren't allowed in this unit, but apparently they are allowed in other units) barked constantly. With a 1 mth old with us, we needed all the rest we could get, so we ended up leaving a day early, as it's much quieter at home. A shame as were were joining family for the holidays. After experiencing these issues and speaking with the management company (Loon Reservations), I don't believe we'll stay here again.

Near all the attractions - Loon Mt., Flume, Cannon Mt. and trails as well as restaurants which a favorite is The Common Man. The TV in the living room was not working, however. Someone did come to try to fix it but could not. The screens in the bedroom window needed cleaning. The outside seating area had huge spider webs.

We will be back

We loved all the facilities-deer park is a beautiful property! However the unit we were in, #45 could use a little work-the cover for the air conditioner kept falling off, the kitchen faucet Leaked, the shower by the front door tub latch is broken-not enough towels and spider webs all over the back patio. The unit was not super host for sure but everything else about deer park was absolutely wonderful! We will be back but not to #45

Last condo available at Loon

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It seems there is a reason why this was the only condo available at Loon last weekend. From the furniture to the kitchen, the owners are obviously not putting any money into this property, and it shows. Fortunately, it was priced accordingly.
