Perfect location, great quiet neighborhood

Quiet and cozy, open layout. Canal right out the back with ducks and turtles! My son loves feeding bread to the fish.

Relaxing Weekend

Our family came to Florida for the weekend to visit with some friends. Checking in was easy and we were even able to get I bit early since we were ahead of schedule. The house was in a great location. It was very peaceful sitting on the porch watching the canal and the pasture. It was clean and comfortable for us. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

This place was great for what we needed, a place to stay while fishing. Kathryn was great in getting us settled in. We fished the canel behind the house, catching bluegills and some small bass. Neighbor Kevin is the man, he took us out fior a evening of fishing ,catching 14 crappies! It was great.. I would stay here again. Thanks Kathryn.

Recreation

Clean, property improvements are in progress. Kitchen supplies adequate for meal prep. Coffee pot is a brew pot not K cups. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the water fowl, and lots of walking trails closeby.

A place to sleep after a long day

My impression of the property was whoever fixed up this property was not a carpenter! Molding made out of rough lumber and horrible paint job. But, it was clean and a good place to relax after a long day. Price was reasonable and only a few minutes from where I needed to be! Yes, I would rent again. Also, seems to be a good neighborhood.
