Accommodates up to 14 guests as it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and a bonus room with extra sleeping accommodations and a bathroom downstairs. The ground floor suite is not internally connected to the rest of the home. Enjoy the spacious back deck where you can feel the gulf breeze, hear the waves come ashore and stargaze at night.

Great Beach Access and Community Pool

Our favorite part of this rental was the location. We loved being steps away from the beach but also having a pool practically in our backyard. We went just before Memorial Day and had the beach and pool to ourselves. The home is lovely and exactly as pictured in the listing. We appreciated the fun but minimal decorations. Its a beautiful home with lots of sunlight. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be staying here next time we return to the area.

Great location.

We loved the main house. Beautiful, nice rooms, clean. The bunkbeds are bigger than I thought they would be. The kitchen had lots of pans and cooking utensils. The beach access is fantastic. The separate downstairs was my only concern. It was pretty musty. But perhaps it was from all of the wind that we were having. That said, I would stay here again.

Nice and close to beach

We had wonderful time. House was clean and both the pool and beach were easily accessible. Little bit of hiccup as HOA had changed gate code and not informed owners but we got through it. An extreme heat wave hit while we were there and the house stayed cool the entire time. The only tradeoff is gas stations and grocery stores were farther away than we anticipated but the great beach access more than made up for it! Basement became a hangout spot and is seperate from upstairs which worked well for our group. Parking was ample. Would definitely book again.
