Wonderful family stay!

This home provided a wonderful place for our family of all ages to relax and enjoy time at the beach and together. So many thoughtful touches- comfortable nicely, decorated bedrooms; a fully stocked kitchen for larger gatherings; great seating spaces, indoors and out.

Fun Family Getaway

The Yellowfin was a good choice for my family of eight. There is no way to walk to the beach from the property, but It was only a 3 to 4 minute drive to the beach. The house is starting to show its age in some areas, but it was clean and smelled nice inside. The beds, linens, and furniture were clean and comfortable, the AC was cold, and everything functioned properly. Michael was a particularly gracious host, and answered all of my questions very promptly. If we return to Port A, we will consider staying at the Yellowfin again.

Nice Remote property

There was a lot of space and bedrooms for everyone. We loved the balconies and out door space. House was well stocked with what we needed. There is not any stores or beach woth i walking distance. But as long as you are prepared it is not an issue! Communication with owner was fantastic and we had no issues!

Best rental ever.

I usually stay in Port Aransas 2 to 3 times a year and this was by far one of the nicest rental I have stayed in so far.

Clean, quiet and perfect for family

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was very clean, had multiple decks with views of dunes and the ocean, nice yard for our small dog and had great air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was also nice that we could store our beach chairs in the garage. The property had covered parking for our car and a hose to clean the sand off of our beach toys. The rental was conveniently located to both Corpus Christi and Port Aransas when we needed groceries or going out to eat. The public beach access "2" was only a couple minutes drive away and we had family at the Mayan Princess which was only a 5-10 minute walk. Thank you!

Another great stay!

Second time at Yellowfin and it was just as great as the first. Great views, minutes from the beach, ideal for groups - highly recommend!!

it was good

liked the layout, laundry, kitchen, garage all was good. could have used more towels. my wife was biten by a 5 inch centipede that was pretty aggressive - it was in a drawer in the bedroom on the first floor on the window side of the bed. the good news is that we did not see any more insects or bugs the rest of our stay. her had hurt for 2 days and swelled up some but then after 2 days she was fine. we were disappointed that we could not see the ocean and had no easy access to the beach, that should be made more clear in the advertisement. we had a very nice stay there was a large group of young adults (8-10) who occupied the hot tub all the time so we never got to use it.. there was alot of construction going on real close to our home with new homes being built but that was not a problem really.

Love the house!

What a beautiful house, love ALL the bedrooms - All Big Beds with lots of sleeping arrangements! it’s hard to find a big house with all great bedrooms. Most houses normally have 1 or 2 good bedrooms and the others are small with small choices, not this house. I high recommend this house, can’t wait to book our next stay here. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors.

Enjoyed stay!!!

The yellowfin fit our family perfectly comfortable. House was spacious, clean, and everything we needed. We will definitely rent again. Property manager answered fast and was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I would say is mosquito. If your wanting to be out on the patios or outside. Just make sure you have spray or candles. The home did have some candles and they helped. 😁 Thanks for the stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful Property

This is a fantastic place for a large family get together. Close to fishing and the beach, it was great! The house had everything you could ask for. Well appointed, clean and roomy. We will definitely stay here again!

Property and property manager were wonderful. 4 out of 5 stars on location and neighborhood just due to street condition being very narrow/ tight for driving.

End of Summer vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation! The home was more than accommodating for our party of 12. The house is fully furnished with everything that we needed. We went to the grocery store and bought all food and kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen essentials to cook everyday. The area is quiet and relaxing with miles of unobstructed views. All rooms/bathrooms were fully stocked. We would definitely come back again as this place met all our needs.

Great Vacation Get Away for the Family

We had a blast staying at this beach home. It was a short drive to the beach (only minutes away). We truly enjoyed relaxing on the 3rd level patio overlooking the ocean. Our daughter enjoyed watching the seagulls and pelicans flying over. The home itself had all the amenities a family needs while on vacation. Quiet and comfortable after a long day on the Beach...Communication was great and highly responsive...Highly recommend this beach home for a great vacation. Our kiddo also enjoyed staying in the home and loved the room she got to sleep in...even fell in love with the lovely in the home! Great Vacation Spot!
