Upon walking in, the condo greets you with light walls, tile flooring, and a sweeping view of the ocean. Before you kick back on the balcony, take the time to settle in. You’ll find the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need for home cooked meals. This space has white cabinetry and appliances and provides cookware, utensils, a drip coffee maker, and all the essentials you need.

Beyond the kitchen is the dining room table for 4 and a well-furnished living room. After a full day of laying out on the sand, you’ll love retreating to the living room’s cozy couch and recliner. Along with a fantastic view of the waves, you can also watch your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV.

Those that prefer R&R spent outdoors can get their fill of relaxation on the balcony. Bring a glass of wine and unwind to the sound of waves and the smell of the salty breeze. The balcony has a second-floor view of New Smyrna Beach’s no-drive beach. We recommend waking up early so you can sip coffee to the amazing ocean sunrise.

In the evening, you and yours can retire to the primary suite. This bedroom boasts of a king bed, oceanfront view, and adjoining bathroom with a shower. Two others can claim the second bedroom as their own as it holds a twin bunk with a double bed underneath. Guests can use the second bathroom which has a standard bathtub and plenty of bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, a Smart TV, a drip coffee maker, and the best views of New Smyrna Beach.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
