This vacation rental has everything you need to make your beach vacation wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach view, comfy mattresses, plenty of beach chairs/items and very clean and updated throughout. The owners are so thoughtful when it comes to making sure their guests have everything. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely will rebook with them. This condo had all the boxes checked!!! The resort keeps the pools and pool area clean!

Absolute Perfection – Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!We just spent a full month at this beautiful condo and truly wish we could have stayed longer! The property itself completely surpassed our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed and more for a long-term stay. The ocean views are stunning!The location provided the perfect beach escape. Beyond the condo itself, we loved having so many fantastic restaurant and shopping options nearby. To top it all off, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. We cannot wait to return!

We have truly had one of our most enjoyable January stays in about 17 yrs. The condo is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spotless. Jan's attention to detail goes above and beyond! Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo. We look forward to staying here in the future.

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved every single thing about it. So much so, that we extended our stay…not once, but twice. From the easy communication with the owner, Jan, to the beautiful decor and the amazing cleanliness of the unit. The pools and the view are beautiful and we had almost perfect weather. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back next year!

Wonderful!

This is a great option for a family of four. Great space for us all to enjoy along with the ocean view! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful about making our stay most enjoyable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay!

A Perfect Holiday!

Our week was just perfect! Joan was an excellent communicator, accommodating last minute requests and checking in to make sure our needs were met. So incredibly thoughtful! Sea Glass

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Sea Glass was. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs sand toys and a kitchen that had anything we could have needed.The decor was beautiful and we never got tired of the sun rise views. The complex was also in the perfect location for walks to some of the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed staying at SeaGlass! Jan was very good at communicating and had plenty of amenities to use in her condo. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views! The pool was a great amenity.

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Great Stay at the Seaglass!

Jan an Chad have a beautifully appointed and clean condo. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and felt like we were at home which made our 2 week stay that much more enjoyable. We live for the sun, ocean and beach and weren't disappointed. As an all around vacation spot, this is it!

I’ve always loved my summers at the Jersey Shore — those long beach days and simple coastal moments shaped some of my favorite memories. Now that I’m a beach‑condo owner, I want to share that same feeling with my guests.

My goal is to create a true home away from home where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy everything that makes New Smyrna Beach special. I chose this condo because it sits in what I truly believe is the best complex in town — a place where comfort, ocean views, and an easygoing coastal vibe come together to make every stay unforgettable.
