Welcome to your home away from home in Desert Hot Springs, CA! Located in the Coachella Valley, Desert Hot Springs is conveniently close to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Joshua Tree, Indio, and Coachella. This private guest-end suite bedroom comes complete with 1 studio bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette for one (1) person occupancy, no exceptions; utilities are in included. This bedroom is connected to the main house with its own private entrance (not shared) and assigned parking. This suite is completely private with no shared spaces. This space is great for traveling nurses/professionals and/or students. Bedroom comes completely furnished and basic essentials such as soap, paper towels, bathroom paper, and towels are provided (on move-in day only). A house manual will be provided upon arrival with instructions for the garbage disposal, etc., as well as suggestions for local food, drink, groceries, etc. Parties are not allowed, and we ask to please be respectful of our neighbors.
