We have stayed here two years in a row and will definitely come back! Love the mountain view and the unit is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The host, Peter, is friendly and responsive. What more could we ask? Thank you!

Beautiful stay in Palm Springs!

Our Host Peter was so attentive, if we had any kind of small issue, he took care of it immediately. He met us the day before and showed us the in and outs of the complex. We felt very secure there. We stayed February and March, 2024 and wouldn't hesitate at all on re-booking with him again.

Excellent Stay - Great View and Location

This condo has an excellent view of the mountains over Palm Springs. Walking distance to all the fun restaurants and shops on the main drag. Everything was clean and tidy. All appliances functioned well and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool towels were provided and there were plenty of bath towels and kitchen linens. Our host was a very responsive communicator and a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

I am an avid world traveler and user of short-term rentals. I am an American but have lived all over the US and Europe and love meeting new people. When I moved to Palm Springs during COVID, I thoroughly investigated the Palm Springs area.

For my home, I knew two things: 1) I wanted to be able to walk to town, and 2) I wanted to be out of the windy part of PS. I applied these same desires when looking for investment properties. And when I found this home, not only ideally located for convenience but also having a completely unobstructed view of the mountains, I had to buy it to share with my guests.
