The space
This beautiful 3 story 3.5 bedroom house has kitchen, dinning room, 2 guest bathroom, meditation room, patio & fire pit.
Guest access
Guest access through the front door using the keypad code.
Other things to note
No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed inside yard or back yard. I prefer NO pets but willing to make an EXCEPTION if pet is well trained, doesn’t bark allot & doesn’t shed much. There is also a pet fee. The fee depends on the size of the pet. Bring a portable vacuum to clean any of your pet hair that sheds in the house. The pet fee DOES NOT cover cleaning pet hair. It covers having rug professionally shampooed after you check out & deep cleaning of the house.
DRUNKENNESS & DRUG USE NOT ALLOWED.

Edna provided for guest & made things very simple & easy.

Extremely disappointed in customer service

Mattress looked like it came out of a dumpster, mold and very badly stained. Old used soap bars in bathroom. Fridge smelled terrible. Slept in couch first night as arrived late. Left at sunrise and advised host who said they would call for refund. Since then unavailable. VRBO states that host tried to resolve issues by offering to deliver a new soap bar. The home was a health hazard and we had to evacuate as quickly as possible for fear of health related issues.

This guests claims clearly doesn’t reflect that of previous guests. Future guests can rest assure his claims also do not match the overall experience from average guest. My listing received nothing less than 5 stars as seen on it’s profile. This guest never mentioned any smell from the refrigerator, until this review- which makes me to believe this claim is false. I keep baking soda inside fridge to keep it smelling fresh. Soap bars are there for guests use. Mattress is in great shape. The box spring is aging & was recently replaced with a sturdy bed frame. Guest left the listing on his own account, refusing to allow me to rectify his concerns. For this reason, the full payout was released to me, as I did all I could to accommodate guests. I truly enjoy hosting & plan to continue offering my beautiful home on this platform. Best… Ms. Edna VRBO Dedicated Host
