House was lovely, John was very accommodating and communicative about my stay I hosted my 21st sleepover brunch here. kitchen is beautiful to cook in and lots of counter and table space. Definitely would book again in the future and recommend for little gather-hosting or even stay-cations!

When we showed up to the property, the owner was there and completely stoned. The 1.5 liter half empty bottle of vodka on the kitchen counter (which he poured liberally into a travel mug in front of us) along with the baggie of pot next to the master bed seemed to be just the tip of the iceberg. I have never seen someone that far gone and still able to stand. He was incoherent and requested multiple times that we drive him to the police station to retrieve his car. The house, while reasonable looking accommodations, was very messy. We did not stay there. You should steer clear.

To start the host had poor communication with responding to my questions, then he called the morning of us checking in asking if he could stay in the basement and that he would not bug us. When we arrived at the house, we walked into the kitchen and found a rolled up dollar bill and white powder on the counter next to a note. The house was dirty, toilets had pee all over them, sinks were disgusting. The house smelt an over powering smell like it was covering up bad odors. The beds did not look like they were cleaned and the tables/countertops were dirty. This was horrific to walk into with an infant, toddler and a teenager. To say this was an awful experience is an understatement.

*DO NOT BOOK* Long story short when we arrived John the host was at the property upon arrival after messaging me at 9 am to verify what time we were checking in. When we arrived the first thing he did was yell at me to get off the grass and was very clearly on drugs, and came into our vehicle to discuss the situation Gunter which was a very uncomfortable situation. After a lot of back and forth with the host and the lady that was with him we were absolutely not comfortable staying there and wanted out as soon as possible. Didn’t even go inside to see the condition of the property. This host and property should be immediately removed from Vrbo Through everything I will applaud the customer service at Vrbo as they were very apologetic and are doing their best to make the situation better as this was a terrible experience

Beds were very comfortable. Safe neighborhood with great walking trails. Convenient to what I wanted to do and see in Minneapolis. Liked having access to a wash machine and dryer. Kitchen well stocked. Host was very responsive.
