Summerhouse 104: Oceanfront Retreat, Direct Beach & Pool Access

This beautiful newly renovated Oceanfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath flat has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a king, two twins and a full size Murphy bed. Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. There are three TV's with Digital Preferred Package, and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Tile floors throughout which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. There is a charcoal grill so our guests can enjoy grilling out at your own unit. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach.

There is also a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Summerhouse Parking Fee is $10.00 per vehicle which must be paid to Summerhouse Condos * NO PETS ALLOWED*
