This ocean view 2BR/2.5BA condo boasts abundant on-site guest amenities. Enjoy tennis, pickleball, racquetball, basketball, playgrounds, a new fitness center, and four heated pools! You'll also have direct access to secluded Crescent Beach.

Fresh from a top-to-bottom remodel, your stylish rental features charming beach decor, inviting ocean tones, and cool tiled floors. Unwind on the private balcony and dine alfresco while enjoying the fantastic weather.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the open living area, furnished with two rocking chairs and a plush sleeper sofa. Watch a movie on the 55” 4K TV with Apple TV and a DVD player, or break out the provided board games for good old-fashioned family fun.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare home-cooked meals and beach snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with sparkling quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The dining table provides ample seating with four chairs and a banquette.

BED & BATH

Perched on the second floor, this two-story unit sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, a 40” TV, and a large window with partial ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Also on the second floor, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a 32” TV. Across the hall, a full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Providing added convenience, a half bath is located downstairs.

OUTDOOR AREA

A balcony off the living area overlooks one of four pools and offers partial ocean views. Dine alfresco at the bistro table for four.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

As part of the community at Summerhouse Beach & Racquet Club, you'll have access to a plethora of amenities during your stay. Enjoy six tennis courts, four heated pools, four racquetball courts, two basketball courts, two children's play areas, and a brand-new fitness center. You'll also have private access to the beach!

Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, Netflix, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one designated spot and one unassigned space).

Please note that this unit is on the second floor and is only accessible via stairs.

THE LOCATION

Take the community walkover to Crescent Beach and enjoy a sun-kissed day by the ocean. This secluded beach offers a less crowded stretch of hard-packed sand -- perfect for beach bike rides, walks, frisbee, and volleyball.

Great location specially being so close to the beach, very clean, kitchen has all the tools to be able to cook made it easy. The rooms comfort sizes, we found everything we needed to.. lovely place would love to rent it for the summer!! Good communication as well- we all had a wonderful weekend ! Lovely weather too!!

Great location on a quiet beach

You can see the beach from the condo and the walk there is easy and quick. It was too cold for us to swim but the pool is also an easy and quick walk away. You are across the street from Fort Matanza. To get to the historic district, you must drive but the drive is not far. The condo itself was very clean, nicely updated, and well decorated. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy. We did think it had a grill but it does not have one on the patio. Just FYI before you buy anything you were planning to grill. This was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful place on the beach.

Private beach experience

We had a great time even with a tropical storm mid week. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like we had our own private beach as there were very few people there. I would only recommend adding nonstick cookware, a few wine bottle stoppers, and a more comfortable couch.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view from the balcony. The location is close to the beach and pool. The kitchen is well-stocked Lots of bath towels and beach towels.

Wonderful Long Weekend

My wife and two daughters stayed here during President's Day weekend and was very happy with the accommodations and location! This place must have been recently renovated and is a step above most places we have stayed in this area with similar Sqft/BR/Baths. The place was very clean upon arriving and had all the necessities and features you could ask for. Management company is also very responsive to questions and issues. We took a chance and arrived 2.5 hours early to the 4 pm check in time. We were disappointed that after 2 attempts to check-in slightly early, we were declined and finally told definitely (3:30 pm) that we would not be able to use the entry code until 4 pm even though the cleaning person and inspector had left. So at 4:01 pm, we entered the code repeatedly only to find out it did not work. (meanwhile we have two impatient 5 year olds sitting outside).. We called the management company who responded quickly and give us the code to the key box and used the key for entry. From that point on, everything in the condo worked great, was very comfortable, and we were happy with both the place and the management company. We recommend and will try to come back again soon. Just do not plan on any flexibility in checking in early.

Perfect for 9!

We had 5 adults and 4 kids staying here and we had plenty of room!! The attention to detail and maximizing the space was so helpful and made this vacation perfect! Even though the beach was cold we still managed to walk down there and it was gorgeous and perfect for shelling! There are multiple pools on the property but we were so busy seeing St Augustine we didn’t get to enjoy them. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Quiet Condo

We stayed here for a wedding. The condo itself was very clean, very well equipped with everything in kitchen and elsewhere. The decor furnishings were modern and up to date. The only downside was the steep stairs if you have anyone who can’t go up and down stairs very well. And the Master Bathroom Toilet has a narrow area between it and shower. Anyone who is larger will feel uncomfortable in that situation. Overall, I give it 5/5 stars

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall stay was pleasurable but I'd like to make a few recommendations. The wifi was poor, check out time at 10am is too early when vacationing. An 11am or 12pm check out time is needed. Also, I'd say to have the team check that everything is working before guests check in. When I arrived the televisions did not work but they were fixed on day 2. I've stayed at the property twice and my request for an 11am check out was declined both times. Despite the minor setbacks the team was great and provided prompt responses and resolutions.

Cute condo

This little condo is perfect for a family with young children. There is an entire set of plastic dishes for little ones and all surfaces are easily cleaned up. Our biggest complaint is the internet. I work from home and even though I don’t want to work while on vacation, that isn’t always an option. We had to (many times) use our cell phones as hot spots in order for me to read and respond to emails. It was a big pain. Also, the back door needs to be addressed. Even my teenage son had trouble sliding it open. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and its location.

The pool and beach were right there, which was so convenient. I do wonder about how clean this place is because the my husband had to remove gross sludge from the grill, fans had caked on dust and dirt, and the cushions on the couch and kitchen seating had stains. The biggest issue was that we had very spotty wifi so we would be watching a movie and suddenly get kicked off.

Poor cable and internet

We had no cable or internet for 1st half of our trip. We were told it was be worked on 7/3. Only to fixed on the 7th. Even after this the internet was hit or miss.

We really enjoyed staying at this location with access to the beach and to the Matanzas Inlet. It is a quiet place with a great view. I am planning on making a return trip next year. My two small "suggestions" would be to try and make the sliding doors easier to slide open...it took every muscle in my arm to open them each time (I am sure the climate contributes to that problem) and the shower curtain liner in the upstairs bathroom had rips that make it a pain to open and close each time...that is an easy fix. I have already recommended this place to several friends. You feel right at home.

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the beach is pristine, and there are lots of opportunities for safe, socially-distant activities in the area.The condo we rented was in good condition, with many recent updates, however, many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty when taken out to be used (pieces of food left on them). The master bathroom shower door did not close completely, and though the rental company came to fix it (and it worked when they closed it), it went right back to being askew and not closing. I appreciated the rental company’s prompt attention to the issue.The title of the property is a bit misleading: the condo is in a community with ocean views, but this particular unit is not *on* the ocean. The beach is not private (the public access is immediately next to the SummerHouse property), but it is very sparsely occupied on typical weekdays. Weekends are a different story!
