ASU: Easy access to ASU for parents and families!

Cameras & Security: For security purposes we have locks on the back gate and side gate. We will provide the codes prior to check in. Additionally for security purposes for our guests we have 2 cameras on the house: 1 is at the front door facing the street and 1 is in the backyard facing the side entrance. Neither of these is in private spaces. Only the owner has access to these and this information is deleted immediately after the stay. Let us know if you have any questions!

*Please note that we require access to the backyard once a week to treat the pool to make sure its always healthy and clean for our guests! We try our best to have these visits occur between stays but when we have back to back stays we may have to have our team visit during a guest stay. Our team is professional and has all been background checked!

We recommend you keep music to inside the house or if outside keep the levels low. Our neighborhood has noise violation charges and loud noise will result in one so please be aware of your sound levels when outside! We have a 3 strike policy on noise violations and will evict if necessary.

HEATED POOL: We just installed a brand new pool heater in Feb 2024 and the pool is nice and warm year round! Please note we need to clean the pool weekly so in case there are back-to-back stays or your stay is longer than a week, we will need to have our team come do a quick cleanup during your stay to make sure its clean for your use. We offer heating from the months of October to May as it isn't needed in our summers! We assume guests want the pool heated for our chillier months (unless they opt to waive heating) and charge a nightly cost of $100 per night for heating which is billed prior to the stay.

Trash: Out the back gate you will find the trash in our Alley. Please do not leave trash in the carport.
