With a large group this house was perfect! Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, a kitchen able to accommodate cooking for 9 hungry explorers, and a back yard with space to run around and play. Bonus was location to CastleIsland for ease of grocery runs and trad music!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was a good base for exploring Killarney and the surrounding area, and the kitchen was exceptionally well supplied. The beds and showers were serviceable, and opening the windows helped with the house being a little warm. The property does have some minors issues, that including missing trim, unfinished security rough-ins, and a broken soccer goal. Overall, it met our needs well for a family stay.

Great Family Stay

We had a lovely stay. Perfect little country retreat while we did day trips to explore. Easy check in and communication with the host. Family of seven with 2 teens, 2 twenties and a grandma and everyone was comfortable and happy

This property was perfect for our family of 9! Lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the big table and played games provided. The host came and explained the induction cook top and how it worked! My only negative was the towels provided in the room my husband and I stayed in, was not bath towels, but oversized hand towels to use. Everyone else seemed to get regular bath towels. But, we managed. We all enjoyed being in the country, it was very quiet and relaxing.

Well appointed

Our group consisted of 10 people and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house had everything we needed for our stay and Roisin was very helpful with suggestions for placed to visit. Would absolutely stay there again.

Myself and three of my siblings all over 60 years old stayed four nights. Rossin was absolutely wonderful, responsive on any questions we had. The house itself was beyond our expectations. Very nice place to stay. I would highly recommend it. If I come back I will definitely look to book it. Again wonderful place for family and friends.

This was a great home base for us to explore county Kerry! We did day trips to Dingle/Slea Head drive and Ring of Kerry including Skellig Michael. All amenities (gas/groceries) were only 5-10 minutes away. Our group of 10 had more than enough space. Only regret is not planning to spend more time at the house - the younger kids loved playing soccer and watching the cows!

Large family perfect

The Beechwood House is spacious and designed so that a large family/group has areas available to get away from each other. The house comes with up to date appliances. The yard is large and has room for outdoor games. Roisin, the host was very helpful and was available if we had any questions or problems. We highly recommend this house.

There were 6 adults from Canada and we had a wonderful stay at Roisin and Larry's home. It is a very impressive home and they had a well stocked pantry for us to enjoy. There were lots of things over and above what was required but they were really appreciated by us. The check in and out process was great.
