Palacio 3/2 on 17th Floor with a Million Dollar View

Please note that Palacio is undergoing an elevator modernization project from September 2026 through March 2027. During that time, only one elevator may be operational, and there may be periods when both elevators are temporarily out of service. Guests should expect longer wait times, possible lack of elevator access and the presence of construction crews, equipment and noise. This unit is on the 17th floor My rates have been reduced because of these inconveniences. If you have any mobiloity issues that would prevent you from being able to use the stairs, you may want to consider coming after March 2027 .

Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq. ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, comfortable balcony with majestic view, elegant master.!

The master bedroom features a king sized bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate roomy shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sleeper sofa),

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top,

There are smart TV's in each bedroom and the living room.

The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well.

In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation!

The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available (from a third party). Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, and tennis courts.


Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water.

Everything you need for a great get away is here. Just unpack your bags and put your toes in the sand or listen to the surf from your private balcony! Paradise awaits you!

The view was spectacular. The host was always available to help and answer any questions. The beach is second to none and everyone is so courteous and that folks is why this place is special. We will be back.

Wonderful condo on the beach! Listing just as described...only downfall was the water in the kitchen sink didn't get very hot when washing dishes. However 10/10 would recommend. The host was wonderful and communicated great!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved all of the games / beach toys! Having a high chair was a huge plus for our little one. The view from the balcony was perfect! Shere was a great host and quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful condo with incredible views. 10/10 stay. Shere was very prompt with her responses to all my messages that I sent. The only thing I would suggest to future travelers is to bring extra trash bags and dish soap! We went through the ones that were provided very quickly.

This was the nicest condo I've stayed at in years. Beautiful location, all of the furniture was very comfortable (which is rare). Walking in the first time the condo SMELLED clean, like a good hotel clean and fresh. We had zero issues during our visit and would absolutely stay here again.

Upon our arrival, we immediately took our shoes and socks off. Afterall, we were at the beach. Sadly after 1 or 2 trips from one of the condo to the other, we noticed that the bottoms of our feet were almost black. Not a huge deal, so I simply grabbed the broom and swept the floors. All was good. Then when I went to grab my first shower the next morning, I noticed a little bit of hair on the shower walls and a bit on the floor of the bathroom as well. Still not a big issue since I had neglected to sweep the floor myself the previous day. But after that, we had a wonderful time. The condo was nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the condo was nicely stocked with supplies and even some spices. Overall, I would stay here again but would suggest that our host do some "spot-checking" after her cleaners have cleaned the unit. Communication with our host was perfect. She even reached out to us to let us know that the exterminator would be servicing our building one day. The views were amazing as well. Got to see a beautiful storm out over the ocean from our balcony one afternoon. Great place and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

I am so sorry that the condo was not cleaned to my standards! Your stay followed a one night stay and my housekeeper obviously didn’t allow time to be thorough since she had just cleaned it. Great location! Condo was well furnished, comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had plenty of entertainment available if stuck inside. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues. We needed a parking pass and the host had one delivered w/i 30 min. Will keep on list for future vacations.

This place was absolutely amazing in every way possible! We didn't want to leave! The views from the balcony are breathtaking and everything inside was awesome!!! I am already trying to figure out when I might can come back by myself to enjoy a short stay and my kids want to come back to this place again too.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the entire stay was just wonderful. Shere was super communicative ahead of time and answered all our questions promptly, even allowing us to add an extra day onto the front of our trip with ease. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!

Wonderful stay with a spectacular view! We even saw a falcon catch a fish while we were there and the day we left there was a beautiful rainbow.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I spent my teenage years at Pensacola Beach, but I prefer vacationing here at Perdido so that everything I need (restaurants and grocery stores) right here without having to go over a toll bridge everyday. I find that I enjoy many restaurants here, in Orange Beach, at Gulf Beach, Foley and Penscola. It's a great location. I enjoy the less-commercialized, quieter area of the gulf beaches!!

This is the perfect property for dolphin-watching from the balcony, walking across the street for restaurants, enjoying a great white beach. Being on the 17th floor allows for a magnificent view .Since we are higher than the neighboring condo, you can see all the way down the island. We enjoy beautiful sunsets from our balcony, as well!
