Experience the ultimate family getaway in this newly renovated 6-bedroom, 4-bath home, located just 1 mile from Disneyland. Perfectly designed for fun and relaxation, the home features a private pool and grotto-style spa with a rockslide, grill, and two game rooms, making it ideal for families and larger groups.

Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of shops, dining, and entertainment. Fireworks from Disneyland can even be viewed from the backyard.

Beautiful place with tons of space, just as it looks in the pictures! The pool and spa were especially popular with our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have baby things like the crib and high chair included. The only downside was the pool pumps for the spa and waterfall were a bit loud, but overall it was a lovely and relaxing stay, nice and close to Disneyland.

We loved this house! It was big enough for our family and still had extra space! Plenty of table room for all of us to sit and eat. The house has so many extra amenities (stroller, bottle washer, crib, extra towels, all your kitchen needs) it made our stay so easy! Communication with the host was easy and they even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going good. Check in and check out was also super easy! The pool is absolutely AMAZING, and we were surprised it had a jacuzzi! Definitely our favorite part of the house!! The only thing I can think for improvement is all of the board games were mixed around, missing pieces, or broken. It didn’t ruin our stay at all, We just chose not to play them. Would highly recommend this house to any large family!

Overall, the house was perfectly sized for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and outside pool areas was the highlight. We had several items that needed repair and response was prompt. Location close to Disneyland and amenities met all our needs!

Everything we needed to enjoy Disney. Enough showers and toilets for 11 people. Clean bedding and having the hot tub on rainy cold days was really needed! Thank you, we will be back!

Great location

Great home for family time and very close to Disney. Host was great with communication when we had questions. House was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The communication was great! The management staff was really helpful and kind. The house was nice and big for our entire family. It was very comfortable. The majority of the house was clean. The floors were not clean. They told me the floors are hard to get clean. I sat in the hot tub with my 3 adult children one night. We were chatting and relaxing. We were getting out and almost inside when I received a phone call telling me we couldn’t be outside anymore. They must have been watching us through a camera to know we were outside. That bothered me to know they were watching us. I felt our privacy was invaded. And it bothered me that they called even though we were already heading inside. Other than that things were good.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family of 12 (including kids and teenagers). Location was convenient for our Disney trip and the pool,spa, ping pong and foosball were great for evening fun. Very clean and stocked. Loved it!

Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our family of 11. They even have a crib and 3 extra pack n plays for babies. Nicely stocked with essentials like towels, linens, pillows, dishes, soaps, etc. Very comfortable and has that cozy homey feel to it. Easy ten minute drive to the Disney parks. Plenty of parking in the driveway for our ginormous van that we rented to fit all of us. Loved our stay!

Large house, comfortable for large groups. The pool and spa were a hit! The proximity to Disney was fantastic. Overall, it was a great place. Concerns were addressed promptly by property manager.

Fun place

Well stocked for all family needs from cooking , sleeping to entertainment. Kids love to he pool, ping pong and foosball table. We saw Disney's fireworks from he backyard.

Tons of space!

Great house with more bedrooms and bathrooms than we knew what to do with. Very comfortable and clean with a nice game room. Would definitely recommend!

The pictures of the property are not accurate. The property is worn and needs amount of cosmetic work. The beds are subpar. Master bath has a shower curtain where a glass door is supposed to be. This creates a significant safety hazard. The Pool area looks nice however hard to enjoy with all the bees and faulty backyard furniture. Do not walk in the property barefoot. You will get HEB feet (Texas thing, you will have severe dirt stains on your feet. I use VRBO 4 to 5 times a year when traveling with my co-workers. This is definitely a property that should not be rated above a 5 and not a preferred property in my humble opinion. Hope things change for future tenants.

Convenient and Spacious

We picked this home for it's proximity to to the Parks. We did not want to deal with parking. It is about a 7-10 min Uber ride which we thought was worth it. The home was tidy and spacious, allowing everyone some personal space to unwind. They have a great pool/spa, we had a great time in there in the mornings and evenings. On the weekends you can see the fireworks from the Spa area. The only downside was the communication with the management, they required so much info in the booking process: birthdates and names of everyone who might be a guests, screen shots of processed transactions in your bank account to make sure it wasn't fraudulent, many reminders of the house rules and the penalties. I understand they're trying to protect from certain things but it was a little unwelcoming, feeling like a suspect. We were very respectful of the these house rules and didn't have any issues from neighbors. We had a great experience once we were there!

Nice on the surface

The good: The pool is the shining star of the house and great for kids. The decor is lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies and there’s a table that fits 8 which was great. The beds were comfortable and there were enough rooms for our whole family. There are plenty of towels and a good starter supply of shampoo, soap, dishwasher supplies, etc that was enough to keep us going for a whole week. Check in was easy - they send you a code for the door and you can arrive any time. The bad: The neighborhood is nice, but the house backs onto train tracks with trains that pass by super early in the morning. The house is air conditioned, but it seems to only keep the hallways and common spaces cool. The bedrooms were hot. Not unbearable, but definitely multiple degrees warmer than the hall. In addition, the air filter clearly hasn’t been replaced in ages because it looks filthy and got so full that it got sucked into the duct to allow air to continue to flow. The ugly: The place has a real ant problem. There are tons of tiny ants everywhere. You find them climbing on you when sitting on the couch. Don’t dare drop even a crumb on any surface in the kitchen or you will soon have a mound of ants around it. And the lounge chairs by the pool are crawling with them as well. We let the management know about the ants and a wasp nest we found and they said they would come look but never did.
