This Property i imagine was amazing five or six years ago. After years of abuse by tenants and poor to no repairs this property is run down and dramatically in need of new management. First the good, this property is located just a 5 minute drive to Disneyland Parking garage and if you wanted to walk its about 20 minutes to the gates. The home itself feels larger than it is so even if a full family packed in there is plenty of room so your not stepping on each other. The bunk room uses space well to allow for up to 4 littles. Kitchen is fully stocked with every pot pan plate and gadget you would need in daily life even if they are a bit worn down they are in decent shape. They have an air table in the garage that was a pleasant surprise, and we didn't have any issues with the laundry. The Bad: the hot tub never get hotter than the pool and while it was warm and enjoyable it was more of a bath with bubbles than a hot tub. The dishes were dirty and had to be rewashed on arrival, and the dishwasher we not secured to the kitchen counter leading to some shaking and knocking. The microwave was glued together and was not spinning at all. In the hall bathroom a tile right were you get out of the shower had a 1/2 in drop and had lost most of its grout leading to a huge trip hazard. just as you get out of the guest shower. The lay out in the master bath is odd as the door opens into anyone using the toilet. The smell through the house is musty and dank like a 2nd hand store in winter.
Repairs are minor and quick

Perfect Vacation Home to Visit Disneyland

Perfect vacation home to visit Disneyland. Has a pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, wonderful interior with full kitchen and smart tv for entertainment. Our kids loved it. Only 10 minutes from the park and nearby grocery stores so you can cook your own meals. We could see the Disney fireworks from the backyard on nights that we stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Disney Vacation!

This house was perfect for our recent Disney vacation. We stayed here as a family of 5 plus my parents. The parks are just a 20 minute walk from the house. We would walk to the park in the morning and then Uber home at the end of the day. The kids couldn't wait to jump in the pool when we got back to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Disneyland

It wasn’t as close as I had hoped to be able to walk to Disneyland, but a short uber ride to be dropped off. There were a lot of rules and warnings on the rules and I was very afraid we would get kicked out with teenagers and noise. Lol. They are very strict on people who are not on the list not being there, but I had told them in advance we had a last minute change of plans and they were ok with it after talking to them about it. The host do communicate really well and very quickly. The pool and hot tub were really awesome, the kitchen is huge, but lacked a few essentials, I thought. The rooms and beds were great and it has a great living/dining space. Overall really great for our family trip and seeing the fireworks every night out the back yard was a bonus! The neighbors were nice and easy to go get groceries and food. Easy to get to Knott’s Berry farm and mid evil times too. My kids had a blast playing games at the house and air hockey tournament!

Perfect Disney Getaway

We loved staying at this house, it had everything we needed for our week stay (minus scissors.. hahaha) The location was amazing, made ubering to the parks a breeze plus we got to watch the fireworks right from the backyard. The pool and Hot tub were a hit with our kiddos especially on our days off from the parks. The only thing that took us by surprise was the train that would occasionally pass by the back yard. Definitely wasnt expecting it. But over all a great house, nice views, pleanty of space. Our home away from home! Thanks for sharing your property with us and helping us create memories that will last a life time.

Good stay

House was clean and location good. It needs some replacements in terms of outdoor furniture, cushions and kitchen wares. I had to go out and purchase a few items that were either missing or very worn out. Overall, the pool area very nice and we enjoyed the stay.

The Perfect Backyard

Great location so close to Disney! My kids were too tired after long days at Disney but it’s so close it’s only a $10 Uber ride! The pool is absolutely amazing! So much fun!! The backyard was a great way to relax after long days at Disney, universal and the beach! Plenty of space for our group of 6! The place was clean and beds were comfy! Wish the water in the fridge had been working during our stay and not just going in randomly when you shut the fridge but they let me know ahead of time it was not working and they were fixing it so no big issues!! Again this pool is worth every penny!!! Great communication from management and would absolutely stay again!!!!

The best trip ever!!

We had such an amazing time and loved the house and all it's features, it worked perfectly for my family of 4 and our friends and their kids, who are also a family of 4. The convenience of the location made it wonderful!! The only thing I will say is the pictures make the rooms look bigger, and it was a tad tight with 4 teens and our luggage in the bunk room, and a bit tight for myself and my husband who stayed in the smaller room with our luggage. We were there for a week. But we made it work and it was great!! Loved loved loved it!!! We also had some questions regarding the pool and lights and they were so helpful and friendly and responsive to all our needs.

Great pool, ok house

The pool was definitely the highlight of the property. The noise ordinance rules were a bit strange (definitely heard other noise in the neighborhood during quiet hours). There was a mouse in the house which wasn't great and the kitchen lacked enough place servings (utensils, cups and mugs) if a larger family was present. House is worn down and has visible water damage, but if you spend most of your time in the pool or at Disney then it's not too bad.

Excellent for Disney

Stayed with a family of 5 and were there primarily for theme parks. Location is excellent and provides a great reprieve from the Disney madness mid day. Uber is a short $5-$15 ride depending on the lot you are dropped off in. Beds are comfortable. Lots of space to spread out in. Would stay again.

Close to Disney, great for group

Nice property, clean, lovely pool and hot tub. Close to Disney, nice location. Some obvious wear and tear to property, but I would expect that from something so close to the parks. Over all, good stay. Not as many cooking utensils as we could have used, but the basics are available.

Family Disney Trip

We had a great time staying here. The pool was a little smaller than it looked online but was perfect for a few at a time. The home was super close to Disney and was in a great neighborhood. The home was perfect for our family. Local grocery store was not too far away. Ubers to and from where about 10-15 dollars each way. The individual was super easy to contact and was willing to assist us with anything.

Fun in the Sun

We did a week stay at this property with the grandparents and our family of five, including a teenager, a 10-year-old, and a seven-year-old. The property is perfect for a family getaway. The pool and hot tub are dreamy. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient. The kitchen has everything you would need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Property owners were very responsive and communicated a lot. Beach chairs, pool, toys, and beach towels were a bonus and came in very handy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This house had all the necessities. We were comfortable, it was spacious and neat. It was very clean. The house was conveniently close to Disneyland. We used Uber and Lyft to get to our destinations. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. Very happy with our stay

Oasis close to Disney

Great property with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a ling day at Disney. Could see the fireworks right from the backyard. The firepit was lovely to sit and have a quiet glass of wine ( finding the hole at the bottom to turn it on was a littlr challenging). The manager was responsive and helpful. We loved our stay. It was perfect.

Great home for the kids with the pool. Could use a better clean but otherwise fabulous. Can’t walk to Disney but quick Uber rides there and back.

Disney trip

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 10 and we all had a great time. We were worried that the curfew may become an issue but we found that coming back from a long day at Disney or the beach made us want to be inside resting anyways. It was dark at 8:30 in July, so we were still able to have our s’mores and fire outside while we caught the Disney fireworks every night. The private pool was lovely and nice to walk out into in the morning to relax or after a long day in the hot sun. Our air conditioning unit had issues our first night but the property owner was quick to respond and fix it in a hands off way so we didn’t have to interrupt any plans by waiting on a repair person. Thank you for the stay. Will recommend

Not exactly as advertised.

House is quite worn. Outdoor pool area is no where near what is advertised in online pics. Pool itself and hot tub were good. BBQ needs replacing only left burner working making it extremely hard to cook on right side controls seized up. Master and second bedrooms beds are very uncomfortable. Second bathroom shower leaks all over the floor. Patio furniture in bad shape. Cushions worn and torn, stained and webbing missing on some chairs.

Perfect stay

We loved this property and location. We would choose this again for family’s visit to Disney. The kids loved the pool and bunks. House worked great and no issue (other than the hot tub could’ve been hotter 😎).
