House was excellent! Could not have been any better. Very clean and recently remodeled. Pool was not as advertised. Completely unusable with liner falling off pool wall. Disappointing

perfect house set up for our group

We had a mixed family stay in the house, the bedroom set up and having the bedrooms away from the main living space was nice for quiet time. The main living room was a little odd as in the photos it does not appear as the pool table in the middle of the space so playing pool and watching tv at the same time was not an option. House lacked a few regular amenities such as dishwashing soap, bakewear, cooking spray and no kitchen towels. Finally the outside garbage cans were completely full the entire stay. House was very clean!

Good, but could be great

The updated areas were great, but there are a few more areas needing updates. The kitchen was updated as was the master bedroom/bath. The other rooms had older carpeting, but would be good for kids. The tv room was nice and roomy, but could use some more furniture. The carpet in the dining, pool room, and halls needs to be replaced. It was stained and a distraction to the rest of the house. The outside needed to be cleaned up after winter and that did not start until our stay was almost over. It was too cold for the pool (nobody’s fault), but the grounds were a mess. Good location and roomy house could be a great place.

This property has a lot of potential but many necessary amenities and details need to be addressed. Property had no hair dryers or working ice maker as stated, no emergency contact info, local restaurants, how to leave property, instructions for tv, etc. We also had inadequate toilet paper and had to request more and could not control the thermostat. The house never got cool the whole time we were there. The keypad for back door entry did not work and we had to go around to the front door to gain access. Untrimmed hedges made front door access difficult. Poorly equipped kitchen Recommended::Lamps in living area and chairs etc.Lamps in each bedroom & better quality sidetables tooBetter quality towels in bathrooms Better quality mattresses * Need local host contact number available onsite

This house was well supplied with needed items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, Clorox wipes, dishware, coffee maker, detergent, etc. Also, the house was very clean and tidy….cleaning crew did great job! There were plenty of fresh towels and bath cloths and also beach towels. The master bed slept comfortably; however, new bedding and pillows are needed. The swimming pool is large and beautiful and we really enjoyed it. We did notify the property manager that the pool level seemed to be low and not filling up even though the water hose was constantly running water. The only two complaints were that a set of window blinds was missing (torn down) from the den area and also window by pool table. This caused lack of privacy and also hot sun to warm the rooms. Last issue of concern was the property grounds….yard, flower beds, weeds, dead plants. They definitely need a new yard company. They cut only the front yard (not back) and did not weed eat, edge, blow leaves, etc. This property could be elevated bigtime with proper yard maintenance. Overall though this was a nice and comfortable stay and would return! Great communication with property manager! She was quick to reply and very polite!
