Located near Arcadia restaurants, shopping spots, & schools. Also, just a short 8 minute drive to Old town Scottsdale. Offering lush green landscape & extended driveway. Fantastic interior is filled w/luxurious light fixtures, beautiful Hardwood flooring, neutral palette, & lots of natural light great for interior
plants. Gather around the cozy fire-pit on those chilly AZ nights.
Impeccable kitchen is a cook's delight w/SS appliances, shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, & a large island with 10 foot breakfast bar. Inside the primary bedroom you'll find a walk-in closet w/sliding-barn door & a lavish ensuite w/dual sinks. All four bedrooms have beds with adjustable lift bases. (2 Kings, 3 queens, + 1 queen airbed).Host fun gatherings in this spacious backyard w/sparkling blue pool, covered patio,
pavers, grassy area, & shade trees. Don't wait any longer.
Plenty of driveway parking for your RV, or boat.
Hash kitchen is a 7 minute walk. Doughbird a short 4 minute stroll. Attic ale house 8 minute walk. Cool hangout "The Porch", is a 14 minute walk.Our favorite Mexican restaurant, Tee Pee, same location since the 60's, is just a 10 minute walk. So many great choices to choose from.

Well supplied, clean and easy!

Host was flexible and accommodating to our travel schedule. House was spotless and everything was in working order. The kitchen is well supplied of utensils and can dinners. Sheets were clean and I really appreciated the plush new towels. Host left some goodies for us upon check in -thanks!- Note that the property is close to a busy street and though the noise is not an issue inside the house, it does affect the nice patio and pool area.

Cousins Reunion

This home is amazing!! Newly renovated and everything the listing promised! Very cool decor, spacious and felt right at home the moment I e arrived. We didnt use the pool as it was chilly weather but def so nice to have included. Patio furniture was also new and comfy. Communication with the owner was great from the start. Quick and helpful responses. So close to EVERYTHING. Great hiking, food etc. felt so blessed to spend time here with my family. Thanks for everything!!!

Spacious, open floor plan. Brand new , upper end furnishings.
Walking distance to many restaurants and bars in Beautiful Arcadia.
Quick 8 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale, as well.
Over an acre with fruit trees right on the property.

This lavish home has four Bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Also room to set up an air bed in the living room , providing accommodations for 10 guests, total.
10 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Close to many hiking trails, or canals to walk, or take a ride on the cruiser bikes.
Pool is in an amazing spacious setting.
Incredible Sonos sound system, for your listening pleasure.
