Unbeatable location within blocks of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bowling, and shops with quick access to the beach, downtown Seattle, and stadiums by car, bus, or water taxi. Fully loaded townhouse on a quiet street with everything you need to relax and enjoy the city. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, plus additional half bath on the first floor, queen sofa bed, 3 bidets, in-unit laundry, high speed WiFi, workspace, free on-site parking, private fenced patio, BBQ, and fireplace.


This Space Features:
-Keyless Entry
-Free on-site and street parking.
-2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen bed, cotton sheets, and full en suite bathroom with tub and bidet.
-Portable AC unit in the bedrooms.
-There is a desk in the larger bedroom.
-Queen pull-out bed in the living room sofa.
-Full Kitchen:
--Electric stove/range
--Dishwasher
--Electric water kettle
--Drip coffee maker - coffee, tea, creamer, sugar provided
--Toaster oven
--Stand mixer
--Crock pot
--pots, pans, sheet pans, cups, bowls, plates, glasses, wine glasses, knives, utensils, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, oil, salt and pepper.
-Washer and Dryer in laundry room off the kitchen.
-Half bathroom on first floor with bidet.
-Dining table with 4 chairs + 2 stool at kitchen counter.
-Pack and play crib, high chair, kids dinnerware available on request.
-Living room with sleeper sofa, armchair, and wood burning fireplace.
-Roku TV, streaming services available for guests to use their own accounts.
-Private, fully fenced backyard patio with table for 4 and gas BBQ.

Guests will have access to whole house, yard, and parking spot.

This home is in a very walkable residential neighborhood. Everything you need is within half a mile including Alaska Junction, and frequent transit to downtown Seattle and the Airport. There are tons of great restaurants and shops along California Ave in both directions. 10 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to downtown Seattle or 30 minutes by bus. Some specific points of interest include:

Nice place to stay in west Seattle

The property was clean and just as the listing described. Very cozy and I appreciated the fresh cut flowers in the vases in the dining and living areas upon our arrival. Bryan was prompt and thorough with all communication. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Enjoyable and cozy!

We loved Bryan’s place. 2 bedrooms upstairs and a pullout couch was perfect for a family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped, and Bryan very helpful. We really enjoyed discovering the waterfront parks of West Seattle.

Nice house

We flew to Seattle for a concert and spent 4 nights at the house. It was just as advertised, cute and cozy. Excellent communication with Bryan from reservations to check out. Loved the backyard too. Would stay here again if we go to Seattle.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is great within walking distance to grocery and other stores. Easy to get in and out of. The house was the perfect size for us and had plenty of room. Birthday concert

The house was clean and quiet. Great location. For walking downtown West Seattle. Easy to Uber down to the baseball and football fields. Would stay again. Easy check in and out process. We had a wonderful stay.

Great W. Seattle Condo

My family & I (3 adults, 1 infant) stayed at Bryan's condo. The location was great. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo is well furnished with great amenities. The beds are super comfortable. Bryan was an excellent VRBO host who provided great instructions and was very responsive.

November Stay

This was my fourth time staying at this property. Absolutely wonderful house. It makes you feel like you are home. The host was very helpful. Grocery shopping is only a seven minute walk away. Walking in the neighborhood is very pleasant.

Great Location….

Property was exactly what we were looking for and close to major roads in/out of the West Seattle neighborhood. House was perfect size and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Only thing to note is for parking 2+ vehicles, street parking is tight. I will be looking to rent this again next time we’re in the area.

A wonderful stay

We had high expectations and they were surpassed in every way. The house was super clean, very cozy and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again if we ever come back to Seattle. The communication with the owner worked great. We give it 11 out of 10.

Family Gathering 2023

4 adults with 2 locals joining us in evenings; perfect for us! Well appointed and easy to settle in. Convenient location and access. So nice to pull into the reserved parking spot at the end of the day! Easy to communicate with Bryan who responded quickly.
