Charming 1910 Luxury Condo in Downtown Fuquay - Steps to Parks & Eateries

Circa 1910, this beautiful piece of history is now home to a collection of four luxury condos, located in the heart of downtown Fuquay. Each condo features a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, well-equipped kitchen open to the living and dining spaces and your own private deck.

Other things to note:

PET POLICY - Maximum 1 dog per stay, $100 pet fee

We love our dogs and are pleased to allow you to bring yours, if he/she is well-behaved and used to traveling.

You are welcome to bring your dog if you agree to the following.

* I agree that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations and that he/she is on a flea/tick preventive.

* I agree to provide my own dog bed and supplies.

* I agree to pay for additional cleaning, repair or replacement of any items damaged by my dog.

The fear and separation anxiety experienced by many dogs left unattended can result in barking/howling and destruction of flooring and door frames. Please know your dog and do not leave him/her alone in the house, uncrated, if this is a possibility.

*I agree to always pick up after my dog.

*I agree to keep my dog on a leash always held by me or a responsible individual when outside or in the common area—and I will remove the leash from my dog only while he/she is within the confines of the house. I also agree to keep my dog close to me when other people/dogs are around.

*I understand this is a quiet condominium and I agree to prevent my dog from barking excessively or causing any other disturbance while staying at the property.

Pet Restriction- Unfortunately, our insurance company will not allow us to host the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid of any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed.

Home Away from Home

I visit Fuquay-Varina often to visit family and I’m so thankful to have South Main Condos as my home away for home. These beautifully appointed condos have everything you need if you’re staying for the weekend or a month. Many thanks to the host for her quick replies!

Highly Recommend!!

Great location (walkable to downtown Fuquay), clean, organized, extremely easy check-in, and excellent communication from the property manager. We will stay here every time we visit our daughter who is attending college in the area...just a overall excellent place. Great places in Fuquay for dining...Vicious Fishes, Anna's Pizza, Mason Jar, Brus on Main (great for breakfast), and Cultivate Coffee...highly recommend all of these spots. Fainting Goat was great for live music on the weekends.

2nd Visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this great place. Great communication. Great location. Walking distance to downtown Fuquay-Varina. We stayed in a downstairs unit the 1st time and this time we were upstairs. Both are great units. We highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

A beautiful, clean, modern location

I highly recommend Kathy and her location! She is communicative and interested in her renters. The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. She made sure we had everything we needed. She responded quickly to all correspondence and she even created a manual for the apartment that included local shopping and locations of restaurants close to us. I highly recommend this location, you won’t be disappointed!!

Home away from Home

I visit the area frequently. Knowing there’s a beautifully appointed condo waiting for me at the end of my journey gives me peace of mind. The host, Kathy, makes sure I have everything I need. I love that she answers questions quickly. Then follows up! I can’t for my next trip to Fuquay-Varina!

Home away from home

I stayed for 9 nights while in the area working. The condo was immaculate. Very clean! Kathy was wonderful with thorough instructions prior to arrival as well as detailed information located in condo which made for a seamless stay. The labeling throughout the condo was an unexpected treat that was very useful during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing quaint downtown restaurants and enjoyable evening walks. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you Kathy!

Wonderful!

My husband and I along with our Chorkie drove from Louisiana to Fuquay-Varina for a wedding. We were more than pleased with this home. We had the upstairs unit and It was very clean and spacious. There is a nice backyard to take our small dog for a walk. Communication with Karen was spot on! She checks in with you to make sure your stay is going well and she also has a binder with some recommendations for places to visit and eat which I really loved being as this was the first time we have been here. We were VERY happy with this place and would highly recommend staying here!
