Lakeside Studio near a Greenway

The studio is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Lake Johnson, one of Raleigh's most beautiful park areas. There is a 6 mile scenic walking/biking trail around the lake, as well as a boathouse where you can rent kayaks, peddle boats and more. Downtown Raleigh, Lenovo Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, NC Fairgrounds is only a 10 minute drive away! NC State campus is 3 miles away. You are literally in the middle of Cary and Raleigh with access to shopping, restaurants, movies, downtown, etc.
The studio is located on the second floor on the left side of the building (enter via C2 door) and has Smart TV(you will be able to use own credentials to access Netflix / Hulu / Youtube etc ), the bedroom (queen sized bed) with a full private bath. There is window AC to control cold air and a portable heater if needed.
There are also three chairs and an office table. We offer to use a portable 2-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator. You will find kitchenware in bathroom cabinets.
Outside you can find a quick path (around 10 min by walking) to gorgeous Lake Johnson from our backyard.
Easy access to the main highways I-40 and I-440, convenient location to visit Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.

Lovely stay!

I stayed here for the weekend while some work was being done on my house, and it was perfect. It's small (obviously, since it's a studio), but it's SO cute and perfect for either a solo or couples' getaway. It has everything you'd need for a short stay, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, etc. I didn't meet the host, but she was super friendly and communicative, and gave very specific directions for how to get into the apartment. Would definitely book here again if the need arises.

Good place for a quick stay

We grabbed this place to go stay overnight and see the Chinese Lantern Festival. It was perfect for us. Close to Cary for the festival and close to downtown Raleigh as well. All in all a good place at a good price.

There was some miscommunication about the listing initially, apparently the owner had two apartments for rent but it was all sorted out Ava we had a good stay.

Simple + Cozy

A simple bare bones place that had everything we needed. It was clean and easy to access. Our only complaint is on Saturday there was a party nearby with music so loud we could not sleep, and it continued until 4:30am.

A good weekender

The studio was small, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Good shower. Plan on eating out. The cleaning person came about a hour early of checkout time and did not knock.

Pros: easy to access, place was clean. Cons: no coffee in container, no label on soap dispenser, no towel for drying dishes. We had to use a face towel for drying dishes. Also front door was hard to latch

Convenient, Well-Kept Unit Perfect for Solo Or Couples

I was in Raleigh to cover a couple of college football games and this place more than served my needs. It's a bit small, but with it just being me that was fine. The bed was comfortable, check-in was easy and any question I had Natalia answered quickly. The freeway was nearby so trips into downtown Raleigh were very easy. The only negative I have is that the parking lot got loud at night from people outside talking/yelling. But that is beyond Natalia's control. I would stay here again.

Just what I needed.

Nothing fancy but just what I needed. Nice little studio apartment with all the necessities. Communication was good. Place was clean. Neighborhood was a little distressed but quiet and pretty private. The AC was excellent and you can have the fan on loud which I like when I am sleeping. Good value.

Nice place to stay.
