Walk into the brand new condo and step into the modern kitchen that boasts high-end appliances, a gas stove, oversized kitchen island & breakfast bar with seating for four. This is the perfect place to host a family meal or come together for a happy hour after a fun day on the slopes. The kitchen leads into the dining room with a custom wood table that seats eight comfortably and showcases views of the surrounding mountains. The dining area leads out to the private deck with a gas grill that promises al fresco grilling & dining all year round. And finally, head into the plush living room that's the heart of the home. Featuring an array of seating options, plus a warm gas fire and huge mountain vistas, this is a space the whole family will enjoy for movie night, game night or anytime.

Ready to rest easy after the end of a fun day? Head to one of the three bedrooms including the King Primary Suite with an enviable ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV and resort views. The other bedrooms, the second King bedroom and bunk room (Twin /Twin & Twin/Full), share a large sparkling bathroom with shower/tub combo and hallway access. All the bedrooms feature hotel-style luxury linens to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

Great Downtown Condo

I stayed in this condo for a quick work trip to Winter Park this fall and it was quite nice. Brand new everything throughout and felt very clean, which is important to me, especially the bedding and towels. I walked to dinner and to a coffee shop nearby, but cooked in the kitchen one night and it was fully stocked. The wifi ran fast and the building was quiet for working while I was there. I enjoyed the hot tub (all to myself!) as well since September can be a slower month in Winter Park. Parking was safe although I did see a moose walk right by the cars one night (haha!). Pretty cool condo, would stay here again.

This place was great--it was so well appointed, they thought of everything. Nice sheets, nice towels (for shower AND for hot tub) GREAT kitchen appliances and tools, lots of entry-way hooks for ski wear and a coat tree for our other jackets, wet racks for our boots, helmets, gloves etc., a bedside coaster for that much-needed middle of the night water, humidifiers, heated bathroom tile floors...and on and on. We had a little trouble with snowy-ice (our car fishtailed 2x) right by the entrance to the garage--I texted management and they were on it immediately. This is a terrific place with management that cares! And, it is within walking distance (if the roads are clear) to most bars and restaurants. We would be happy to return.

Wonderful Condo!

My family stayed at Timber Fox 2405 during the last week in June and it was everything we could have hoped for. The condo is brand new and meticulously designed. Beds were comfy and the sheets were so soft (and very clean!). Kitchen was fully stocked to cook and we went out because there are quite a few places within walking distance to eat. The deck was perfect to sit outside and get some cool mountain air and we used the hot tub as well, what a treat. While we booked through Vrbo, this home is actually managed by a local company and they were top-notch. They stayed in touch before, during, and after the stay via text and email, but were not intrusive at all. Any issue (we only had a very small one) was fixed immediately. 10/10 for this home!

Fantastic, well-appointed property.

We had an awesome time during our stay at Timber Fox 2405. David and Nicky were very helpful when we were booking this property as well as another we'll stay at in a month. The views from the living room/dining room as well as the bedroom were fantastic. The home is brand new and well-stocked with Calphalon pans and all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. A very nice touch were having humidifiers in every room. I liked the model so much I ordered one for our home. The linens were great and there were starter supplies for the kitchen and baths - and plenty of extra paper towels and TP. You can easily walk to several restaurants and shops - including Christy's and Epic if you forgot any gear. It took 20 minutes to get to the base on Saturday because there was fresh powder but took less than 5 minutes on Sunday and Monday. We'll definitely be back!!
