We were there for our annual sisters trip and it worked well for our needs. It is close to so many things to do. The only negative thing I would say is that we needed additional dish clothes and hand towels.

Planning for a family reunion, we looked for a house with good location and accommodations for older adults. This house had enough rooms but not enough bathrooms, but we shared ok. Some of the rugs need to be replaced. The location was excellent with beautiful Ohio corn fields surrounding the back of the property. There was a hot tub, fire pit and tree house which we did not get to use. The kitchen was spacious annd helped a lot. The location was away enough but near Yelllow Springs and a wonderful ice cream location.

Great spot for a large family to stay

It was a sad occasion for us as my family had my mother's memorial service in Yellow Springs. My family all attended and the property was great for us. The large backyard and spacious indoor space was perfect for us.

We stayed at the house for my granddaughter’s wedding and had family from 3yr old to 76! The house was well laid out for our family and the children enjoyed the yard and play area. The deck space was beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Location was excellent with much to do near by. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very comfortable and accommodating space for a large crowd!
