Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has been thoughtfully refreshed with upgraded air conditioning, a remodeled upstairs bathroom, updated living room furniture, kitchen improvements, and enhanced outdoor spaces. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, it`s an ideal retreat for families, friends, and groups.

Relax in the inviting living room with comfortable seating and a 70-inch Smart TV. Stay connected with Wi-Fi or enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area.

The home offers three bedrooms, including a king bedroom, along with additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Two full bathrooms provide convenience, including a recently remodeled upstairs bathroom.

The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250.
No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated.
Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout.
We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.
single night booking may have an additional damage deposit of $500 to $1500
Guests must keep a close eye on their pets, as the house and yard may contain items unsuitable for them.

Close to Highmark stadium. Good indoor/outdoor space. Worked great for 6 adults…anymore might get a little bit cramped.

House is pleasantly appointed. More room inside than you might guess from the quaint look from the street. We were three single adults so used all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room without feeling crammed in.Beds were comfortable, house was clean, plenty of kitchenware to meet our needs.Quiet neighborhood with people walking dogs and houses decorated for fall and Halloween. Off street parking in the easily accessible driveway was nice.We were in town for a Bills game and this place was a short 15-20 minute drive to Highmark Stadium, yet also easily accessible to downtown and Niagara Falls by car. Would stay here again.

Lovely home

Our trip to Buffalo was unexpectedly extended and the place we were staying was unable to accommodate the 3 extra nights we needed. We received a very prompt reply to our last minute request to book the No Chores House. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It was a great location and central to everywhere we needed to go. Very friendly neighbors and nearby parks to walk the dog. We did 2 dinners at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed that there was leaking water under the bathroom sink cabinet. We had only been in the house for an hour or so this week has been prior to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the house, the siding of the house was hanging off right in front of the front door. Safety Hazard and was an eye source as soon as we pulled up. The house was dusty and old. We ended up forfeiting our money and not staying the second night. I would suggest looking elsewhere to stay!

Unfortunately, it will not. Let me leave a whole review, but the house almost killed my dog.

I don’t know where to begin. I booked this house BECAUSE it was pet friendly. Upon check-in the first thing I did was walking to the yard to make sure the fence was secure to ensure my pet safety. The yard was covered with dog feces from the previous renters. It had not been picked up and the cleaning deposit that I had paid for neglected to clean it up as well. The coffee pot was filthy and completely unusable. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and the cushion to main couch in living room were from the outside furniture. Now onto the fact that the house almost killed my dog. There was a small black plastic box on the floor in the main living room of the house directly next to the tv stand. This box was out in the open on the floor in plain sight. This box was not marked with question it did not have a label. It did not have a sticker. It did not say that it was poisonous. Saturday evening my family and myself went out for dinner and came home to the box chewed up on the floor by my dog. I picked up the box examined it further and saw what it was. I became hysterical and messaged the host of the house immediately. It took him over an hour to get back to me, and then he proceeded to scream at me on the phone telling me that I had no business being there with a dog since it wasn’t in our contract and I did not pay for him. And then accused me of trying to steal And hide the fact that I had the dog. I immediately took a screenshot of my contract and sent it.

I grew up in West Seneca and went back to visit family with 5 of us to attend back-to-back Bills games. The house was excellent for my stay, it's in a nice neighbor, very quiet and convenient for everything we had planned. It was clean and comfortable. I also think late September through end of October is the best time of year to visit my hometown and I'd stay in this house again.
