Welcome to Morris Pointe at Lake Leon!!
You can't beat the views at our waterfront property. See the lake from EVERY window. With 6 bedrooms, bonus room with futon, full kitchen with 2 fridges, WIFI with access to streaming apps, private boat dock, and even your own little island to explore during your stay, it's the perfect place for your upcoming vacation! Located directly across the lake from La Mancha off Hwy 2461. Enjoy the comforts of home with this fully stocked rental.
Need supplies for the kiddos? We have you covered. Pack n Play, baby monitor, sound machine, high chair & 2 baby gates for the stairs are available. Crib sheet not provided. Each entry door has child safety locks to put your mind at ease & plenty of toys to keep little ones busy!
All linens, towels and multiple life jackets (at least 1 of every size) are supplied. Please bring beach towels if needed.

Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for additional comfort. And 6 of the 7 rooms have a smart tv.

Dogs allowed (with host approval)- water/food bowls, toys & dog lead line onsite.

*Security cameras are located at front door and driveway. We respect our guest privacy and safety. Camaras are only reviewed in the event an incident occurs*

Nice place

We had a wonderful experience staying at the property! It was perfect for our children and grandchildren. The home was very clean! Check in and check out process was the easiest I’ve experienced! Will definitely stay again!

Family Reunion Gathering

House has plenty of room for entire family of 14 to sleep. Large gathering room overlooking the lake had great lake views. Younger kids enjoyed the hideout room upstairs. All enjoyed the stay.

Mens Hunting Retreat

Everyone enjoyed their stay at the house. The loved the outdoor deck, large den and TV's in all bedrooms. The only thing that we would add is that the house could use another full bathroom. Otherwise it was a great trip!

Beautiful home with the most gracious and helpful host I've had the pleasure of communicating with!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It has so many bedrooms. And a spacious living room for everyone to relax in. The private dock and little cove are peaceful and private. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The host left so many helpful items and a wonderful gift basket. It is only 10 min to Walmart and restaurants. Felica answered my questions within minutes and was beyond accommadating. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Leon!

Very nice place, but did not appear to have been used in a while (lots of cobwebs) Did not sleep 14. The bonus room has a window unit that was filthy and did not work. Location was great just needs some TLC.

We’re sorry your stay did not fully meet expectations. We responded promptly when the AC concern was reported and offered to have a contractor address it during the stay. We did not receive confirmation to proceed at that time, but we remain committed to resolving issues quickly when they are brought to our attention. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay, including interior and exterior windows. As a lake-front home, it is located in a natural environment where occasional outdoor insects and cobwebs may appear despite routine maintenance. The property is advertised to accommodate up to 14 guests across multiple designated sleeping areas, and our listing includes a full breakdown of the home’s layout and sleeping arrangements for guests to review prior to booking. We did not receive any concerns regarding the sleeping arrangements during the stay
