Our entire group enjoyed the stay here! Will was very responsive and helpful, even helping us with a late night request for an unplanned dinner guest. The house didn’t feel crowded even with our group of 8. Lake view was fabulous.

Excellent property. The house is well equipped for extended stay (5 weeks) with basics like well equipped kitchen and dressers/nightstands in every bedroom. The dining table seats 10, 4 kitchen barstools are comfortable and the living room has ample seating. The outdoor hot tub/pool area is very comfortable and has a great view. The property owner is very responsive and communicative.

Fabulous!

This rental was perfect for our 8 person group of friends and families! Extremely well-appointed and comfortable. The house appears to be new, and is oh so clean! Also, the outdoor pool area and view of lake were lovely The owners seemed to have thought of everything. We were concerned it would be rather far from Indian Wells Tennis, but the 15 min drive was easy. Thanks to great hosts that made the whole experience one of our best thru VRBO

Perfect- just as advertised.

5 couples came for a week in mid-February and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 BR- all the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all glasses, pots, pans, grilling utensils, silverware, etc. A nice Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee pot. Pool/spa was warm and perfect for what we needed. Bathrooms were spotless. The check-in process and communication with William was outstanding. A great place for a large group. Highly recommend.

Our stay!

The house is in a gated area, safe, spacious, and clean. The view of the lake is beautiful. The only disappointed we had, the owner did not communicate to us and we were not aware we cannot park the van inside the gated area. This should've been addressed before. Specially four of us have health issue.

Regarding the van access, we’d like to clarify that our house rules, which are reviewed and accepted prior to booking, clearly state that RVs, vans, and commercial vehicles are not permitted inside the community due to HOA regulations. We appreciate your understanding of these rules and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Great Group House

This house was PERFECT for 5 couples. All of the rooms were ample size with awesome beds. The kitchen and inside living space was also spacious, clean, and well set up. Outside was a dream - perfect little pool and outdoor seating areas. Would absolutely recommend the house! The one tip I'd provide is that, since this is a rental only, there aren't many cooking supplies in the kitchen. I'd recommend bringing any spices, oils, foils, etc you need the cook meals.
