The home was beautiful and perfect for our large family of 6 adults and 7 grandkids - all under the age of 7. We had a great week of seeing some of the local sites but the kids especially enjoyed playing in the pool and riding the scooters. Janet was super helpful in answering all the questions prior to our visit as well as when we were in the home. Would highly recommend!

Guys, this place is one of the good ones. Usually I have at an issue or two with the VRBO's I rent. Not this one. Amenties were good, house was very nice, and Janet was the best , and easiest to communicate with, host I've ever had. I visit the desert two or three times a year and would love to stay at this property again.

We’re Michael and Janet, long-time California residents who fell in love with the Coachella Valley for its sunshine, golf, and relaxed desert lifestyle. We spend as much time as we can playing golf, exploring new courses, taking long walks with our sweet 6-year-old Labradoodle, Cooper, and enjoying the incredible dining options in La Quinta and Palm Springs. From casual patios to chef-driven restaurants, we love discovering great food and sharing our favorite local spots with our guests. We believe vacations should feel effortless, welcoming, and fun—so we’ve designed our homes with comfort, connection, and memorable experiences in mind. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy, and we’re grateful every time guests choose our homes for their desert getaway.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it represents everything we love about the desert—beautiful scenic views, quiet mornings, warm evenings, and quick access to all of the area’s best experiences. The location between Indio and La Quinta is unbeatable: just minutes from world-class golf at PGA West and Silver Rock, incredible hiking trails, Old Town La Quinta’s restaurants and farmers markets, and the iconic festival grounds at the Empire Polo Club. It’s peaceful, safe, and incredibly convenient, whether you’re here for golf, festivals, hiking, or simply to relax. For us, it strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the very best of the Coachella Valley.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this property truly special is how it brings people together. Whether it’s families reconnecting, friends gathering for a golf weekend, or groups exploring the desert for the first time, the layout and amenities create a space where everyone can relax, have fun, and make memories. From the saltwater pool and spa (heated free!) to the game room filled with activities for kids and adults alike, to the thoughtful touches throughout the home, it’s designed to be a place where you don’t just stay—you spend time together. The combination of location, comfort, and amenities makes this home a rare find, and we’re proud to share it with guests who appreciate a warm, inviting desert retreat.
