Great view, easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to most anything you may need. Was worried about airport noise but was not an issue for us. We will be back!

Our condo was clean with the perfect amount of amenities!! We loved walking the beach. The waves were a bit rough for swimming but the water was so warm during our walks!!

One of the best beach views yet! Very clean! You can tell the property manger takes pride in their work. We had no issues getting in or out for check into condo. my Fiancés and I had an amazing Time exploring San Juan and did plenty of shopping during the day. Then at night had a romantic time just with windows and back door opened listening to the ocean waves as enjoyed each other. Will definitely book again.

This was perfect for our five day stay. We will stay longer next time. Great location, walking distance to many local restaurants. Right on the beach and with a beautiful pool. Always felt very safe. Beautiful private balcony overlooking the ocean. Perfect for morning coffee and after dinner drinks.Communication with the host was on point!! Replied promptly when we had any questions.Maximum 10 minute Uber from San Juan airport. Condo itself was very clean and well stocked, even supplied beach towels. Queen size bed was very comfortable, gorgeous views out of the bedroom window.Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for rent on the beach for five dollars a chair and 10 for an umbrella for the day.We are an older couple and highly recommend this place!!!!!

Green Island Rental for Isla Verde

I'd like to begin by saying thank you to Annyd. She was there for me before I even arrived there, her constant communication with every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Upon my arrival she guided me through the process of gaining access to my building and more, with a nice little welcome package of goodies, thank you Annyd (smile). Once inside my the rental property, I did my inspection where 1 found all but one thing that needed taken care of, with a quick msg,within 10 minutes there was a knock at my door, problem solved!!!....Everything was just as it looked in the pics for the space advertised. Everything was nice and clean and in perfect working order, well stocked with everything one would need for a short or long term stay. Anything you need was just outside the door onto the streets and for myself, within walking distance, uber, taxis, walgreens, restaurants, beach, pool and 24 hr grocery stores. Would I recommend to a friend or anyone else?...yes!!!...until the next time, thanks again.
