Just steps from top entertainment, dining, shopping, and beaches, it's the perfect base for your Puerto Rico getaway.

The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, and for added flexibility, the living room offers a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The open layout allows natural light to flood the space, highlighting its modern, clean design.

- 10-minute walk to La Placita
- 10-minute walk to La Concha
- 1 minute walk to Condado beach

Absolute paradise . "My daughter and I, had an incredible mother day/ birthday stay at this place. The location is unbeatable—just a 5- minute walk to the sand and right next to some amazing local spots. The apartment exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with items you need for cooking your own food. Had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler if needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back!"

The condo was exactly as described. The beach was only a minute away and the property was situated off of Ashford Avenue, which has many great restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Close to the beach and right in the heart of restaurants and stores, but quiet at night. My family stayed a few blocks away and complained of noise all night. Not here. Heard ocean waves with windows open and nothing when they were closed. Owner was super communicative and helpful. Couch situation could be improved but we didn’t use it or the TV’s.

This location is absolutely the best for a Condado, San Juan vacation. From endless beaches and premium adult entertainment, food, scenic variety, to children's parks, paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, and jet-skiing, to local festivals and a 12-minute walk south to La Placita for parties, or 10-minute walk East to Calle Loiza for a true culinary experience; to affordable on-demand electric scooter rides to beat the traffic into Old San Juan and back. What's not to absolutely love about this place?

The Newest apartment in the hottest part of Condado! Absolute prime location, Modern design and home-style comfort. Enjoy fast internet, thousands of channels of entertainment, soundproof windows (or wide open to listen to the waves), full kitchen (and plenty of available delivery options). Then step outside and we are about 30 steps from all of the following (in different directions):

- Condado Beach
- Fresh-Mart Marketplace
- La Hacienda Gourmet Food
- Anita Gelato ice cream
- Via Appia authentic pizza
- Orange Theory gym
- Local supermarket

Walk only about 30 steps more and find:

- Crush smoothies
- The Place burgers
- Bar.C,lona Rooftop experience
- La Cantina Argentina Mexican food
- La Concha
- Nagoya Sushi

...and countless restaurant & bars to choose from in every single direction!! We are also walking distance from three pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens and a local store), a hospital (Ashford Presbyterian), a Catholic church, a gym, and a children's park.

All of the locations listed above are only a 1 to 13-minute walk.
