This location is absolutely the best for a Condado, San Juan vacation. From endless beaches and premium adult entertainment, food, scenic variety, to children's parks, paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, and jet-skiing, to local festivals and a 12-minute walk south to La Placita for parties, or 10-minute walk East to Calle Loiza for a true culinary experience; to affordable on-demand electric scooter rides to beat the traffic into Old San Juan and back. What's not to absolutely love about this place?

Enjoy fast internet, thousands of channels of entertainment, soundproof windows (or wide open to listen to the waves), full kitchen (and plenty of available delivery options). Then step outside and we are about 30 steps from all of the following (in different directions):
