Perfect Winter Getaway

Great spot for family and friends

This beautiful, well equipped townhouse was great for our group. Ski in/out is a 2 min walk to the lift, which is also a bus stop for the free bus to and from town. The private hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the ski racks in the garage and cubbies in the entryway for all of our gear. Property manager was super responsive and helped with all we needed, including locating a left behind item!

Winter Wonderland

Our family of 5 adults spent a wonderful 5 days in early January ’25 here. Later on 3 of our good friends arrived a day before the end of our stay and that brought the total adults to 8. The condo handled our group without any issues and we all had a great stay. This unit is an amazing find, the locality is truly magical and the views up the valley from the hot tub were a highlight of the trip.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We spent 5 days at this house with two families. The location was unbelievable, 3 minute walk to the gondola and 3 minute walk home from snowflake and Four O’clock runs. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished. We will definitely look to stay at this property when we visit again next year.

House was clean and in a great location for ski-in, ski-out! Short walk to town of Breckenridge. Only complaint was parking...very limited. location only allows 2 cars so need to secure parking elsewhere and you pay for this. Thanks Mike for your help with early check-in! Would stay here again!

Skiing at Breckenridge

Had a great stay at Breckenridge for a ski holiday with the family. Fantastic condo and Michael, the property manager was amazing to work with. Super responsive and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and more. The hot tub a welcomed ending to a great day of skiing.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

This property was perfect for my husband and me, plus our adult children! Lots of living space to be together while providing privacy for the bedrooms (on different levels of the condo). Peak Property Management made everything easy, from booking to checkout! We will be back!

Everything you could need at Breckenridge

My guests and I had an exemplary stay at Mountaineer. We had all the room we could want for multiple people and great gathering spaces for meals and games when not out on the slopes. Private hot tub with a view, heated garage, and the Snowflake lift being about a minutes walk away were the highlights. I thought the value was perfect and I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Breckenridge!

A perfect fit for our all adult group of 7

The accommodations in this 4 bedroom with a king, queen, double and twins worked great for our group. The close location to the snowflake lift allowed those of us who were skiing easy access to the mountain. The private hot tub was secluded and provided a wonderful opportunity to relax and unwind. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and more. This unit was far and away the best we have stayed at in Breckinridge.

Just as advertised. Perfect location.

The Mountaineer M-1 was just as it appeared in the pictures. Location by the Snowflake lift was perfect. The ski rental place is within 100 yards of the front door. Hot tub was great. The coffee maker had an issue on our first morning there and it was immediately replaced by the management company. Great experience. Thanks!

Truly, we could not have asked for anything more from our stay here and will definitely return, sooner rather than later hopefully!

Great Breck ski condo

Terrific location for skiers - we had 3 adults and 5 teens. Short walk to the Snowflake lift which is also a Breck Free Ride stop to get to town or the gondola for a dinner out on the mountain. Very positive experience with the property manager other than having to check in at the office for a key (it’s 2024 let’s not have to do that anymore). Good ski storage in the garage. Mattresses are all abysmal and well beyond their useful life. Condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen stuff, and the hot tub was hot and clean. Would definitely stay here again if they get new mattresses!

Good location but weak on amenities

We enjoyed our stay but there were no TVs in the bedrooms and only a small TV in the living room. The heat was not working on the lower level where we stored our ski boots and other apparel. The humidifiers were old and didn’t work very well and be aware, The master bedroom is on the third floor. That doesn’t sound to bad until your second day of skiing when your legs are very sore. All in all it is a clean, nice place with a good location. It’s about a 100 yard walk to the lift and the same from the end of the closest ski run.

Nice!

This condo was perfect for us! Everyone had their own floor and bathroom! The location is great for the mountain and town. We simply love this place! The vents need cleaned, the cobwebs knocked down, hair in the bathroom removed, other renters dirty underwear removed, but overall ok.

Family Spring Break

Great place with nice amenities. We really liked the layout of the property as the split level design really made if feel like each could spread out and not disturb each other if someone woke up early or needed to take a shower, etc. Parking worked really well and the view from the hot tub after a day of skiing is just out of this world! Short walk down to the snowflake lift in the morning to get on first chair works well. There is also a free bus stop at the snowflake lift base if you want to start your day at another base.

Perfect ski family retreat

Our group of 8- 2 families with teenage boys enjoyed the location of the townhome immensely. It was walkable to the Snowflake lift as well as downtown Breckenridge. The house’s layout was great for our group and the hot tub came in handy. The kitchen was well-stocked and each bedroom was well appropriated. We would definitely rent here again.
