Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including a private hot tub. Guests will ONLY have access to 2 parking places, one inside the garage and one in the driveway in front of the home. Guests will also have access to an HOA-shared pool at the Upper Village Pool.

Just a one-minute walk from the home will take you to Snowflake Chair Lift, the only lift of its kind, making a 45-degree turn halfway through to the Peak 8 drop-off point. Or make a quick drive to either the BreckConnect Gondola or Quicksilver Superchair lift and take on some of the best slopes in Breck! For days, you are looking for a different type of outing, make the short 1-mile walk over to the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy. In the summer months, hiking trails, such as Sawmill Reservoir or the Burro Trailhead, are a quick drive away.
