Kid Friendly, Sun-Filled Haven with Giant Backyard

Open layout with two big comfortable couches, dining nook, fully-stocked kitchen. Tons of light!

Bedroom 1: the master bedroom is far from the street and is very quiet. It has a very comfortable queen bed (Casper mattress).

Bedroom 2: the guest room has a brand new full sized mattress (certified organic, Pure Green!), while this is a cozy room with french doors that open up on to a balcony, it is facing the street and is quite small. It can optionally be outfitted with a desk and chair.

Bedroom 3: the children's room (quietest and furthest from the street) has a little tent, a nugget sofa, toys and books! It can optionally be outfitted with any of the following: a desk/chair, a pack n play, or a very comfortable air mattress.

1.5 baths, one with a soaking tub and a double showerhead, which is truly heavenly.

Washer/dryer in unit, free parking in private spot out front.

Relax with a book, play a games, or listen to records. There's also a scanner/printer if you need to do some work. We also have a brand new 55" Samsung Frame TV.

Tons of outdoor space, which has been life-saving during Covid. Balcony in front, 2 decks in the back, big backyard.

Additionally, there is a makeshift gym available with some free weights and a pull-up bar.

Located right across from a lovely park (Brower Park). 2.5 blocks to a grocery store, 2.5 blocks to a Walgreens pharmacy. About a 10 minute walk to cafes, where we sometimes grab coffee when we need to get out of the house.

Since we live here full-time, our clothes and whatnot will be in most of the closets. We'll clear out some space for your stuff, of course, but this isn't an unlived-in, empty Airbnb.
