Casa de Suenos sits on a beautiful golf front half acre lot located in the private gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The property offers access to the Hacienda Pinilla private beach club and Avellanas beach on one side as well as to Langosta Beach on the other. A short 15 minute drive takes you to downtown Tamarindo.

The home is very spacious at almost 6,000 sqft, has a large yard, pool, and outdoor entertaining area. Surf, golf, fishing, go to the spa and enjoy!

Casa de Sueños has 5 bedrooms and accommodates up for 14 guests. Built in the exclusive gated community of Hacienda Pinilla’s Reserva de Golf you will have access to the incredible amenities here within Hacienda Pinilla.
Designed to merge modern luxury with the tropical scenery of Costa Rica. Beautiful open spaces, large dinning area. luxurious outdoor pool.

With three-miles of unspoiled Guanacaste Province and Nicoya Peninsula coastline, Hacienda Pinilla’s 4,500 acres of historic ranch property, pristine beaches, and untouched natural landscapes offer both homeowners and guests room to roam and experience total tranquility and endless adventure. Hacienda Pinilla is an exclusive resort community boasting three of Costa Rica’s best beaches, several world-class surf breaks, an 18-hole golf course, a private beach club, and a tennis club.

Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund.***

Thank you for hosting us and helping us with all the arrangements for our stay to be a successful experience. I would only suggest that communication can be more fluent and precise as we found all the cleaning supplies for other houses in the middle of the living room and we had no idea what to do with that. luckily we were able to sort things out. Positives: Reservation team and Concierge team (Tatiana) were excellent. All questions were answered promptly and clearly. Tatiana was very professional and attentive to our requests.The house is very spacious. The interior is well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Housekeeping was friendly, always on time and thoroughly cleaned the house each time.Need Attention:Kitchen pots and pans are very dated in need of replacement.The pool was the biggest disappointment. It is littered with leaves and debris from the overgrown tree that hovers over the pool. Unless the residents like swimming in a pool covered with leaves or enjoy sweeping it throughout the day…every day, they will not get to enjoy one of the amenities that’s meant to be a drawing point to the house.

Family vacation Costa Rica

This property was everything and more than what we anticipated. Clean, spacious, beautiful- it provided a wonderful home base for outside activities and great to come home to after an active day. 5 star at bargain rates. 1/2 price compared with Hawaii, great, spacious beaches that are almost deserted, many outdoor activities.

The home is stunning and well stocked. Housing staff is amazing the cooking they prepared was amazing. Made great french toast and pancakes! The concierge staff--too many to mention answered every question whenever I asked timely and promptly. We forgot a bag and they found someone to get it to us before our departing flight! Amazing experience! Would rent again and the community of Hacienda Pinillas is very beautiful and safe! Hreat seurity personnel too! Pura Vida!

Top Notch. Could not ask for more.

Can’t think of any negatives. 1st class all the way. Service was very good and always quick to respond to any need. Pool was great and kids spent a lot of time in it when not at the beach. House was kept super clean. Beds great. Enjoy

Fantastic stay and wonderful home in Costa Rica!

This was our very first family trip to Costa Rica, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty that Costa Rica is known for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it immediately felt like a home away from home.One of the true highlights of our stay was Elizabeth, the housekeeper. She was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. She made us delicious breakfasts on three of our mornings, and they were nothing short of fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and made with love. Her presence really elevated our stay and made us feel so well cared for.The location was perfect for exploring and relaxing, with easy access to local attractions and the serenity to truly unwind. Excellent Choice for Large Groups

A group of 10 of us stayed at this house & it was absolutely perfect! The bedrooms were nice and big so everyone was very comfortable having their own space with their own bathroom. Of note, the house is close to the beach however it is not walking distance. We rented a large van from one of the recommended car rental companies that the host gave us. The drive to the closest beach was about 10 minutes which was fine with us. Having beach club access was awesome. The service there, food, & drinks was great. There is golf car rental options but we opted out of that since we already had the van & all of us stayed together for the most part. The back yard was amazing. Pool was great for whenever we just wanted to stay in but still spend time outside in the sun. Also, the housekeeper was a nice surprise for us. I thought we’d have to pay extra to have them come over but that was not the case. It’s included as part of your rental. She’d come by every morning from 8am -12pm & was super helpful. She made our beds, cleaned the house & bathrooms, & assisted with breakfast the times we bought groceries. It was a great addition to the trip! The community felt very safe as well, so I’d definitely recommend this place to others.
