Luxury Villa steps from the beach.

Villa Criosette is a newly built villa, with a unique and modern style, completed in November 2020, with an excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, located in Playa Langosta.
This villa has 6 bedrooms with a king size bed 1 bedroom with a doble bed with their private bathrooms,
Four of the bedrooms are overlooking the large and beautiful pool.
And other 2 bedrooms w/ king beds, not with pool view , but with their private bathrooms.These two bedrooms are separate and downstairs , are bedroom #5 and # 6 .
In total there are 6 bedrooms with 5 king size beds and one doble bed and 6 bathrooms.
At the pool there is a bar that goes into the water, where the BBQ is located.
Outside there is an area with sofas ideal to relax.
Villa Croisette is a totally safe villa.
The Ville is secured with alarm and electric fence.
Everything is well maintained , the gate motor is new and the airs conditioning work perfectly .The new big garbage dump is outside on the left .
Perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

This was a perfect rental for 12 people. Located on a quiet side street within walking distance to the beach. 6 well appointed bedrooms, a nice central kitchen and an outdoor living space that is shaded all day long! The pool was clean and a perfect temperature - great for a hot afternoon. The host was very attentive and assisted with arranging transportation! Highly recommend this property.

The pool is lovely. The support was excellent, with recommendations and help as needed. All in all a lovely location.Some issues with adjusting a/c to suit various needs, but all resolved.

Like a dream

Absolutely loved this location and the cozy feel of the residence. The pool was a heavenly centerpiece and constant fun, especially in the rain! Great beds, plenty of seating and eating space.

Great Property

Loved this house. It fit our family of married, adult children and their spouses. Loved the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the action of Tamarindo.

Beautiful property. Family friendly. Pool is amazing. The kids kept saying how much they loved it. Beds are so comfy. Host was very helpful. We had 11 in our group aged 8 - 65. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great house!

This was the perfect house for a group of 11. We had three families and it worked out great. I highly recommend this place for friends and family gatherings.

Our group of 8 women stayed 4 nights in June. The pool and outdoor area were the highlights of our trip. We had the chef come make us a delicious breakfast every morning, which was excellent. We saw howler monkeys in the trees in the morning and had the best time on the golf carts driving into town. Our stay was mostly good but we did have some issues. The hardware on one of the sliding doors was loose and door would not shut properly. Someone promptly came to fix the door but hardware was still loose after they left. I was given a kind reminder not to shut door too hard and that the doors were working fine before we came. Not true. There was a woman that came unannounced and spent the day cleaning the basement/garage. After she left, we were missing some clothes we had in the dryer. Someone came the next day to find them for us. On our last day, we wanted to spend the day in the pool. The gardeners came and stayed for 4 hours. Planting, cutting limbs of trees, spraying bug spray, using the blower all while we were in the pool. Ridiculous. On the morning of our departure, the power went out in the kitchen and the front gate would not open.Maria was helpful and apologetic with all of our issues.

excellent location and size for our group

three generations stayed for a week. Maria met us when we arrived. Nice 6 bedrooms for all involved and the monkeys behind house were enjoyed by the young girls. Maria also coordinated an excellent chef.

Outdoor villa

The place was overall nice and spacious, beautiful outdoor area and we loved the six bedrooms with private bathrooms! However, the inside areas were not as clean as one would expect for this type of property, even though we hired cleaning service for the entire stay.

If the manager wasn't so good, this review would be much worse. The house is very worn down, doors do not latch, furniture is cheap, utensils are cheap. Multiple rooms smelled like sewage at different times during the week. The electric fence broke, the slide gate door broke twice, a few rooms had very poor AC (I could go on). It was generally a subpar visit. The grossest part? They were storing piles of garbage in the locked garage and the basement and laundry room smelled like trash. On top of that, there was SO MANY flies that were constantly in the kitchen. I personally killed over 20 and they just kept coming. I know I missing some things but you get the point. The beds were nice, and the layout of the building is nice and fun, and Maria was great and incredibly helpful. If you want a rundown party house with a host of problems, then maybe this is the place for you.

Hi Derek, I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy the house. We usually never have any problems; as you've seen, all our guests love the house and never have any issues. I'm very sorry if there were some unexpected problems, like with the gate. Luckily, the technicians responded quickly. It was very nice to meet you and your family .

Maria was very welcoming! the house accommodated all 6 of us nicely. the rooms were clean and spacious. easy walk and golf cart ride into Tamarindo. The house was located great.There was a lot of construction during the week we stayed, which started bright and early, luckily we are early risers. there was also a lot of loud partying most nights coming from the house that was under construction, it was a bit annoying, but nothing out of this world or anything. Extra towels and blankets would have been nice, the house did not have a lot of basic supplies, such as paper towels, or garbage bags. We are fine to purchase basic needs, but things like garbage bags or kitchen towels to dry dishes off would be nice for guests. I would also recommend having cards or maybe a few board games would be nice for guests as well. overall we had a great experience in Costa Rica and we would recommend this house.

3 Family Vacation

We were three families each with three kids ranging between ages of 3 to 10, his house is fantastic. Each family had two rooms and a separate all the sharing common areas are based around the outside and pool, which is great having us all outside day and night instead of being, confined to a kitchen living room area overall houses great for entertaining and keeping families busy! The host was amazing, followed up on us daily, we also had Maid service every other day, which was amazing.

Leadership Retreat

This house fit all of our needs. We were six adults who all had our own room and bathroom. Patty was amazing (the chef) and Maria was incredibly communicative with any issues we had. There were some small hiccups, but everything was fixed in a timely fashion with great communication. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, but the house allowed us to work indoors comfortably. It was a great experience!

Beautiful pool, great location

We loved the property. The pool was a highlight - really big pool for a private villa. Generous shallow area to sit in water or would be great for little ones plus a decent swim area. Lots of comfortable spots to sit/lounge around.. Quiet location with a few really great restaurants to walk to. Can walk to beach for sunset. Langosta beach club close by for good beginner surf lessons . For more action Tamarindo a quick golf cart ride away. Maria the host was easy to reach and responsive. Would recommend.

Wonderful and Memorable

The place was perfect for a family. We absolutely loved this place, especially the bar in the pool which made it special for us. The house was clean and well equiped. A microwave would have been welcomed. Beds were comfortable a as was the patio furniture. Maria, our concierge was fantastic, always available and most helpful and gave us great advice, before our arrival and after. The cleaning lady was there three times during our one week stay, which was great. We rented a golf cart to go around the city and the beach. We highly recommend doing this. The family adored Costa Rica, the food, beach and the people are so nice. We always felt safe during our stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone seeking R & R in Costa Rica!

Great house, phenomenal pool, attentive host

The house was by far the best part of our stay in Tamarindo. The host was super responsive and helped us with golf cart bookings, airport transfers, activity suggestions, and even found us a swim instructor for our kids. There was also housekeeping every other day which was lovely. The beds and linens were great too. Only suggestion would be to include more items in the kitchen. There wasnt enough cutlery and the glasses were sort of oddly shaped. Plastic ware for outdoor dining would be great.

Fun times!

The property is awesome. Lots of space for everyone to swim, lounge and cook. Very clean and well maintained. One downside was the tile around the pool was very slippery when even slightly damp and we experienced a couple of slips and falls. Could use rubber matting around the pool or a paint on non slip product. Problem in a couple of bedrooms with ants but didn’t hamper the great fun time we had. Weather was amazing and this property allowed for lots of sun spots and shaded areas.
