Elevator building 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed. Corner building and 1 block from Q train subway. Windows facing courtyard away from street allow for quiet setting, ideal for work or relaxation but still with sunlight. Renovated bathroom with brand new shower/toilet/sink, Apple TV, kitchenware, microwave, oven/stove, brand new fridge, and workspace. Free hi-speed internet. Wall AC Units, furnace heat in winter-time. Fully sanitized/cleaned in between guests. Energy included.
This Private 1BR apt is located in the low 70's in the East Side area included full kitchen, workspace, and updated modern bathroom. 600 sq ft. Casper queen bed. Sheets, blankets, and towels provided.

The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, stove top, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils and cutlery you might need during your stay. We also provide basic bed linens and towels; newly renovated marble bathroom. FYI, stove/oven/fridge are all brand new.
INCLUDED & FREE: Wi-Fi, and all utilities (heat, hot water, and gas/electricity). Linens & towels provided.

Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is unbeatable in terms of value for money.
I start each guest with at minimum a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel roll. But beyond starter essentials it will be up to you to replenish items during your stay.
I may ask guests to allow clean laundry to be delivered for their use during stay. This would just be towels/sheets that are for you to use.
There is no laundry in building but wash and fold available across the street.
Packages can be delivered but will be left in lobby so encourage to pick up promptly.
Occasionally there may be construction in the neighborhood during daytime hours, as this is very common in all NYC neighborhoods.

I used to live in this apartment for almost 10 years! Its a great place and very convenient.
I will have minimal personal possessions at apartment but this should not impact your stay. There are a few drawers in the living room I would ask you not to use so I can store personal items. You will have full access to bedroom drawers and closets, as well as additional drawer space in living room cabinets. It is very quiet as its faced inward towards a courtyard.
