Lost and Left-Behind Items Policy

Please note that the host is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items during your stay. However, if our Housekeeping team is able to locate an item that has been left behind, we will gladly return it to you upon receipt of a $65 fee.

This fee covers the cost of shipping as well as the time and resources required to locate and return your item.

Important Heating Guidelines: Maximum Pool Heat Temperature: 85°F (🚨Do not set it higher). A comfortable range is 78–83°F. Maximum Spa/Hot Tub Heat Temperature: 102°F (🚨Do not exceed this limit). A comfortable range is 98–100°F.

Heating Instructions: Only one can be heated at a time—either the pool or the spa/hot tub can be actively heating, not both. To heat the spa/hot tub, ensure Spa Heater, Spa Mode, and Filter Pump are toggled on. To heat the pool, ensure Pool Heat and Filter Pump are toggled on, and all others toggled off.

Service Mode: If the pool is in Service Mode you will temporarily lose the ability to control the pool/spa heat through the app. Please refrain from attempting to make changes at this time.

Important Notice: 🚨 DO NOT tamper with any other controls on the iAquaLink app or the physical pool equipment. Doing so can cause serious damage to the pool equipment, which will result in additional charges to cover damages. Only adjust the heating settings as instructed above. 🚨 DO NOT exceed the maximum temperatures. Exceeding the max temps will result in additional charges.
