Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach and restaurants! Our newly renovated co-op is located in a quiet complex in a lush tropical setting. Our brand new Kitchen is equipped with an Espresso/cappuccino machine, air fryer and features all new appliances. Relax by the heated community pool while sipping your cappuccino. Primary Guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

My mom, my 2 kids (7 and 10) and I stayed at this wonderful spot for a few days over the holiday weekend. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The apartment is perfectly stocked, immaculately clean, quiet and beautifully landscaped. The pool was a huge hit with my kids, especially because the ocean wasn’t safe for swimming during our brief stay. The neighbors at the complex were super kind as well! The neighborhood was perfect for us too. We loved Archibald’s for lunch. Having a parking spot was key as well. Highly recommend!!!

Great Host and Trip!

Here are just a few positives of the host Sharon and her place- fast messaging, comfy beds, appliances nice, decor cute, espresso machine, wagon and beach chairs, soaps, extra blankets, flexible check in and check out time, lots of restaurants close by. We loved the wine garden and Luna cantina food suggestions and Coconuts was also noteworthy.

Great, great place. So clean and nice, with great pool and beautiful grounds and of course excellent location. Owner super nice and responsive. Not huge and only one bathroom but plenty big for me, wife and 2 adult children. Highly recommend

An Amazing Stay!

This place was the best! The place was so clean, so organized, and had the most mindful touches. We felt safe and enjoyed our time so much - it was hard to leave! Would definitely book again!

Lovely Oasis

This rental is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The owner paid attention to detail and thought of everything from a beautiful album telling us about restaurants, house rules, directions for the different appliances, and the layout of the grounds. There were many amenities: cappuccino machine, new appliances, heated pool, and so much more. The decor was modern but welcoming with tones of blue and green throughout. We loved the quiet neighborhood and would not hesitate to return. The beach and great restaurants are just down the street. This was a wonderful find. The added touches really showed that the owners are proud of their beautiful space and want others to value it, too.

Quality Furnishings, Great Location & Quiet Neighborhood

The location is perfect if you want a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the beach and all the action! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has the nicest furnishing I have stayed in! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels are truly top notch! Really, the softest sheets and fluffiest towels ever! The pool is very clean and well taken care of. We also fully appreciated the reserved/included parking spot that was so close to the apartment that we wasted no time coming and going and unloading our car was a snap! The air conditioners worked perfectly to cool the apartment down quickly and kept us very comfortable even during the Florida Summer heatwave! We live in Florida and when we come back to Fort Lauderdale we will definitely stay her again!

Everything was excellent. Very easy to locate, close to the beach yet nice quiet neighborhood. The condo was very well equipped. One of the best places we have stayed. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our Favorite VRBO in Fort Lauderdale!!

I'm kind of afraid to say how great this place was! People should run to book it. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We had great communication with Sharon the entire time. The check-in instructions were easy. The condo is updated beautifully.It was a really nice touch to have the fresh cookies waiting along with bottles of water. She also has a great coffee"machine" that makes a pot of coffee/espresso & cappuccino.She had coffee/espresso in the cabinet along with creamer in the frig.We loved that! The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen in a Vrbo! Everything was new and clean. She had nice dishes/cookware/knives that actually cut/tupperware/spices/dish soap foil/Saran Wrap...anything and everything you possibly need! The updated bathroom had a great shower. We only used the primary bedroom and it was perfect. Lots of closet space/tv/phone chargers on night stands and great bedding. There were large, soft beach towels provided and 2 coolers available. There were extra beach/pool things located near the pool but we didn't use them. The pool was really nice-clean and a little heated. The temperature was perfect. The location was excellent-walking distance to the beach/restaurants/water taxi stop but in a very quiet neighborhood.Sharon had a really nice book with all of the info you might need while staying there.(passwords, where things were located, restaurants within walking distance). Everything was so well thought out. This is a 10+!!!

Excellent location, close to beach and restaurants. Secure complex, well lit at night, felt safe and quite. Beautiful updated condo, w/outdoor seating, heated pool and nice neighbors. Owner supplied all listed items and a bit more. Very comfortable bedding and furniture, thick towels, plenty of lights and natural light. Didn’t want to leave.

Sharon has lived in Florida for 43 years - needed to escape the cold in NJ! Ken has lived in Florida 35 years, when he moved from his birthplace in Ireland. Sharon owned a log cabin and was a VRBO host for 21 years - it was sold in 2022. It's nice in Broward County which is close to our Tropical Escape should our guests ever need assistance.

This property is perfect for guests who want to be close to the beach and nightlife, but have a quite sanctuary just minutes away. Every comfort we could think is available - including a Espresso/Cappuccino Machine and Air Fryer.
